Very knowledgeable and quick shipping. Nicest people that you will ever encounter. They do everything possible to please the customer. They sell only quality products and they are answer your questions and concerns.

Had some questions that were not provided on the website so I called and got the information I needed immediately while also getting further information about the rod from the CS rep.

Everything was great except I’d recommend fed ex instead of usps for shipping. I ordered similar rods from different places and the fed ex showed up days before even tho I ordered it days after, and the post office box was beat up and broken to the point I took pictures before opening it but luckily my rod was ok. The fed ex box was in great shape and their shipping was less also
