It’s a scam at this point

It’s a scam at this point. I wish I read these reviews before I placed an order!!!! Ughhhhhhhh! $80 spend. Waited and waited and waited! Nothing delivered. No communication. And now! They’re returning my items back to the seller. Okay where is my money then?????! Return my money! company doesn’t care and definitely is a scam. Don’t let the pretty abayas fool you.

Order sent to a different address

I ordered an abaya for a special occasion and paid extra for next day delivery. They sent my order to a completely different address from the confirmation email I received! Messaged them on insta, TikTok and sent an email and I finally got one reply on Instagram later confirming they sent it do a different address. No apology, no compensation and no urgency to even find out if I was able to locate my order! Absolutely poor service esp if things go wrong with your order. Would not recommend buying from here, not worth the risk of losing out on your money

Beautiful abayas

Beautiful abayas, however I have been put off from buying from them. A old horrid Bengali man who probably is the owner doesn’t know how to properly do his job and accommodate to customers let alone knows how to provide good service. He is a joke, and VERY rude. I brought an abaya online unfortunately it did not fit, I messaged them to do an exchange but they took ages to reply, I happen to be traveling to London so I’d thought I’d do the exchange in person. I took screen shots of abayas online around £45 to match the abaya I would exchange. Apon arrival I found the abaya I wanted but their online and in store prices doesn’t match. I asked the man and he was very blunt and rude about it telling me it’s two different things and if I want it for that price to get it online. I have never seen such poor customer service! I myself work in customer service fields and I know that your prices should always match everywhere, it wasn’t a 3rd party situation because they have one store and everything comes from that shop. I didn’t try to haggle I just told him that your prices doesn’t match your website and that I came from far to make the exchange easier and he basically said he doesn’t care, and that I should go online if I want it for that price. I even showed a sister that was in the shop, I know she agreed but couldn’t go against the horrid man and kept quite but her face said it all.

order mistake was corrected

all orders have been on time and perfectly fine. i had one error in my order which arrived on time (they gave me one abaya in the wrong colour). i contacted them and although i did have to ask multiple times, once they answered me i got my abaya all sorted pretty quickly. i needed the abaya for a weeks time and they got everything sorted within 4 days :)

Worst Abaya Company!!

Wallahi, I have contacted this company so many times. I purchased through TikTok shop and got sent a wrong size. Every time they went live on TikTok I asked for an exchange on my current order or resolution to what I should do. I messaged them a few times. Bear in mind, prior to that I previously contacted them for an exchange through their page.

All they wanna do is sell sell sell. They don’t give a sh** about customer service or helping their customers deal with issues that was their fault. They completely air you. They have no one to deal with customer enquiries.

Luckily I purchased through TikTok shop because I was able to return the item quickly through them.

I wish I had a good experience like my first time buying for them. NEVER AGAIN!!

Worst Business Ever….

Honestly worst customer service ever my package came as they don’t do refunds you have to exchange but write a email to them confirming the exchange took them 2 weeks to get back to me with one simple message then had to pay for it myself to send it back to them. After that they asked me for additional £4 to get my new exchanged items sent back out after I sent this they have gone quite and in the dark again. Had to repeat my same email over and over again to them. I am shocked they call them self a business they just rob people don’t do something if you can’t take it seriously NEVER ORDER FROM HERE

Ive placed an order and received.need to exchange as it doesnt fit they dont reply. Chasing them 2 weeks. Might have to turn up at their store...if it even exists. Absolutely ridiculous. Dont recommend. Shame because the clothes are nice but customer service matters more and thats dreadful!

COMPANY RUN BY COWBOYS

I hate to leave bad reviews especially being a business owner myself & always give a chance to rectify a fault. Absolutely awful experience would never use them again. Wrong item was sent out was a shame as I needed it for a special occasion. They had no contact number so decided to drop them an email no reply. Contacted them via social media page which was being checked by them as comments had been deleted. Left me no choice but to put a claim via PayPal then finally after a few more comments on social media they finally replied back. Told me to send the item back and they will refund my postage and mean while they will send a replacement out to me on Monday. Due to unforeseen circumstances I posted the item out on Wednesday but still did not receive the replacement which was promised to me. On contacting them they claimed they only would only send replacement once the wrong item was sent but their messages said different which I have evidence off. Unfortunately businesses like them give hardworking companies like myself who live up to our reputation of truthful and just a bad name. They haven’t even bothered to refund me my postage cost which I emailed over to them via PayPal. I stand by what I said to them they are a bunch of cowboys. After reading all the previous comments clearly this have a habit of this behaviour.

So disgusted by the service I placed an order twice and both times the abaya came damaged with stains both times no one got back to me what do I do with the abayas I bought. They take our money and give us stained abayas and then don’t reply lol.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I placed an order with Jan and they sent me the wrong order. I contacted them several times via email and direct message on instagram but they did not respond until I opened a case with Paypal. It was agreed that they would provide a full refund including the return costs and delivery costs but they have failed to do this. I tried contacting them again regarding this and to no surprise, they haven’t respond. Don’t waste your money with this company. You’re better off purchasing elsewhere

I ordered an abaya from here 3 weeks ago...

I ordered an abaya from here 3 weeks ago and it came 2 weeks later. When I received the abaya it was the wrong size so I emailed them to exchange it and was receiving no reply. They took more than 2 days to reply back to me and send me an address to return it back to. Eid is now in less than 3 days and I have no outfit because of these businesses unprofessionalism and exploiting muslim sisters.

TERRIBLE SERVICEEE

I have ordered an abaya from JanCollection for Eid 2 weeks ago. There is now only a few days left until Eid and my parcel has still not arrived. I have tracked my parcel from the Hermes website and it is still stuck on the 2nd stage of their 5 stage delivery for over a week. I also live in the UK so there is no reason for it to take so long. I have emailed and sent a DM to them and they have not replied. Looking at the reviews i don't think I'm going to get a reply at all, so it probably means my abaya will come long after Eid. I am very disappointed. I highly advise anyone to not consider buying from them unless its in their store in London.

Poor customer service and sewing

I purchased over £100 worth of abayas, and the stitching was very poor and was loose on everything stitched on. I had to result in sewing a few of the poppers back on myself; the tassels were also loose on the same abaya, and they all broke off after ONE normal wash in the machine. I constantly emailed, dmed, messaged on everything possible, and there are still no replies. I have been waiting for over three months for a simple reply. The satin abayas were very nice and priced well, but any other abayas are not worth buying, especially with the poor customer service. I understand they are busy, Alhamdulillah for them, but a business needs to reply to its customers reviews and concerns!

Terrible service and poor stitching!
Purchased an abaya twice. First time stitching was way off and seams were hanging. Second time I emailed and messaged for the size to be changed with still no reply. Messaged several times on Instagram also and no replies. I understand they’re a busy company but lack of customer service is disappointing, especially when we’re spending our money. This dress was needed for an important occasion. Never ordering again.

Terrible service

Terrible service. I am all up for patience with new companies, as the things can be complicated, this they are beyond acceptable. I purchased for around 200£ to be shipped to Europe. Initially I wanted to add something to my order, but they simply did not reply to messages or email until after the order had been shipped.

Afterwards, without my knowledge they shipped my order in 3 seperate parcels - when you ship outside of your zone, the customer needs to pay import fees and taxes per parcel. I was unaware, paid the bill I though was right, and only received 1 parcel.

Since I now need to abayas urgently, I wrote back, and offered to pay for my own shipping and sent them the label, so I could receive the missing order - No answer from them.

I have now requested a refund for the missing items, and no answer. Would not recommend them to anyone, who is not based in the UK
