I live in the USA and ordered a leg as a gift and shipped it to Poland. As you can see a complex situation. Unfortunately, the shipping company lost the package. I contacted Nevandesis and they helped me with everything! They right away sent another leg, added free knife and stand, and took care about the reimbursement process from the shipping company. Therefore, highest possible score for the customer service.
The quality of the product has to be determined as it has not been consumed yet. The design of the box and visual aspects of the meat are fantastic. I will try to give an update when I will know more. Cheers!

Great Quality and Service
Last year we ordered 3 times a Ham and some products. All the 3 times it was delivered on a timely manner and quick. The quality of the hams was excellent, as expected. And the customer service was great.

was inquiring days ahead about possibility to get a full ham sliced in packages more than just 100 g - I was told it was possible, but it would take longer than the normal 5-6 working days for receiving it. I was lead to the web-site for sliced ham. I thought to have filled it out correctly. However, rather than receiving it say 6 working days later (a week before Christmas), we received the delivery on or around Jan 7th! And it was NOT SLICED, a full ham... which I had to bring to a butcher to get it sliced... still await HIS bill....
Sorry, this did not work out for me!
