I've used James' services in my home and my mum's for annual boiler servicing and for the installation of a new boiler. He has always communicated well, turned up on time, worked tidily, done an excellent job and left things tidy. I would recommend him 100%

I have known Jim Menzies for over 20 years and have always found him to be professional, trustworthy and very competent. He has never given false information for money as some trades people do and he always responds to to emails or telephone calls.

Jim was recommended to me when I needed a new boiler 4 years ago in my old house so when my new property also needed a boiler, Jim was the first person I called so i most definitely would recommend him!

James carries out all the gas works i undertake through my own joinery and kitchen installation business. He is always on time and is a professional and thorough individual making sure the services we need and installed properly and most importantly safely. Full gas certificates are issued to the customers on completion which contributes to their peace of mind and the assurance they've had a quality, safe and well worth while gas safe service. Wouldn't recommend anyone else

We had a boiler issue in our home just as the cold weather started to hit, typical. James came out and fixed our boiler next day, amazing. He also serviced it while he was here so we now have hot water and heating again.
