I had a great experience with this carpet company from start to finish. Scott was especially helpful throughout the whole process. He came out promptly to measure everything accurately and gave helpful advice on the best options for my space. The whole process was smooth and well-organized.

What really impressed me was how quickly everything was completed — from the initial measurement to the final fitting, it was all done within a month. The fitting itself was done to a high standard, and the team were professional, tidy, and respectful in my home.

I’m really pleased with the final result. The carpet looks fantastic and has completely transformed the room. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, efficient service and quality workmanship.

As a retuning customer I never thought the experience could have got any better then it did last time, but a massive thank you to Scott and the team for fitting my carpets and of course going above and beyond as always. Nothing is never too much to ask. Thanks again team.

Started refurbishing our house at the beginning of the year, decided to try a local company for the flooring and what a good idea that was, from start to finish Tony, Matt and all the fitters were amazing, very efficient. I wanted the rooms done as and when I had completed the decorating and was not disappointed, no pressure put on me and each room, lounge, dining room, hallway, stairs and landing completed when I asked, especially have to say a big thank you to Jason who fitted the majority of the flooring, he was such a professional and the work done was second to none. Will definitely be using again, see you in the new year to complete the remaining bedrooms, many thanks from the Blue Lady.

Great bunch of lads here made me feel like one of their best mates in minutes. Told me all the pros and cons of various flooring and went with engineered wood and carpets. Jim came around and surveyed my house and was sent the final quote about two days later. Work started in 3 days after accepting the quote and was all finished in 4 days. Matt Tony and Scott were great to be around and kept me informed about everything. I had Jer fitting my wood floor and Jim came back and fitted my carpets couldn’t be happier with the end results truly professional and amazing eye to details. Don’t think there’s been a person through my front door who hasn’t commented about how nice the floor is. 10/10 will 100% be back when the rest of the house is ready.

Scott made everything very smooth sailing! He also changed the date of fitting last minute to benefit myself. Really helpful and efficient 100% recommend 💯

Excellent service free estimate and supplied fabulous Cormar Primo Plus carpet. 2 fitters arrived who were very efficient. Excellent guys all round, super helpful and would only use them for my carpet fitting. Highly 5 star recommended

Great job from start to finish. All of the team in the shop and on the phone Weber really helpful. Fitters did a great job. We had new carpets fitted in 3 x bedrooms and the lounge. Highly recommend 👍

Scott and the team did a great job. Laid laminate and carpet in the hallway, stairs and landing. Arrived on the day they said, completed the work to a high standard and cleaned after themselves. I had an issue with one of the skirting boards needing some caulking afterwards. This wasn't an issue and Scott arranged for it to be sorted soon after. Highly recommend, will use again.

What a great local company. James Antony Flooring came recommended from a friend who's used them recently and they didn't disappoint. I had new carpet in the bedrooms and LVT throughout the rest of my home, its good quality, has been laid properly and looks great. The staff in the shop were professional and friendly and so were the floor fitters. I'm very happy, thankyou guys.

We are really pleased with the flooring that James Antony flooring laid. The floor was very uneven and comprised of a hall,bathroom, lounge/dinner, kitchen and side hall. They latexed the area and laid an lvt small herring bone floor. We are very pleased with customer service and skill of the floor fitters

very good job and fast, did living room and hallway in day and half. Managed to synch nicely the flooring pattern to the kitchen one, creating a seamless flow. Tidy and will install the dividers and beads for nice finish

James Antony Flooring supplied and fitted my solid oak flooring week commencing 14th July 2025 and the work was completed to a very high standard and I am extremely picky when it comes to customer service and quality work. The lads that came to install my flooring were Duane and Kurt and I could not have wished for two more respectful tradesman, the standard of work was top notch and carried out to an exceptional standard. Over the course of my installation, at the end of each day they left my home clean and tidy. They were punctual and very trustworthy. To all concerned, Matt, Duane and Kurt thank you so much for the incredible standard of work, I am extremely pleased with the end result. To anyone looking for reliability and top notch workmanship, I cannot recommend these people enough.

Fantastic service for our charity shop in Bath! They replaced an external mat taking care to preserve and look after the delicate flooring underneath. Would highly recommend them.
