While I felt the website was easy to navigate and make a purchase, I still don’t have the item I ordered and I have not received a response as to when I will. It’s been almost two weeks and there is no indication when my item will actually be shipped. I’ve sent emails asking for more information and the company has not responded.
I bought a phone chain and cover as a gift for my wife and the pure expression of joy and happiness says it all. A great product of exceptional good quality at a very reasonable price point.

I am surprised how much of a difference it makes to have the Jalouza. At first I thought I wouldn't need it and that is just some of these products that end up not being used after all. I changed my mind and really don't want to miss it anymore. It's especially helpful for clumsy people like me. And the quality is very convincing.
On top of that I have to compliment the customer service. I reached out to them as I lost one of the rings. They were very friendly, responded immediately and send me a replacement ring. 5 Stars!
