Only option of payment is prepayment…
Only option of payment is prepayment which is very inconvenient for companies where invoices have to go through a whole process of being validated, the transfer ordered, etc. Otherwise the experience was very good.

Dear Nicole, For Schwitzerland our webshop unfortunately can't calculate the freight costs - Because Schwitzerland is not a part of the EU the freightcosts can be quite high and there is a huge difference depending on the which articles has been ordered, in how we can pack the order. We try to pack it in as few parcels as possible, to save the customer money. Because the freightcosts can't be calculated before hand, unfortunately we can't offer upfront payment. I can see that you have ordered from our german website. On the second picture of the product it is visible, that the boxes are white on the inside. In the description of the box it says ' und innen weiß'. https://www.jakodan.de/postaeske-30-coolgrey
We do also offer free samples for customers in Germany, so if you have got any doubts about the apperance of the product, you are always welcome to order a free sample first.
You are most welcome to return the boxes and get a back payment - We do not wish to have unhappy customers!

Beautiful and excelent quality boxes for a great price. Shipping was also really fast. I will be purchising for my online shop here again!
Just a small thing, it would be great if also smaller boxes to ship as "Briefsendung" would be available (2 cm high)
