I ordered a shirt on Dec 8 2024
It is now Jan 18 2025
No product. None of my emails answered.
Hasn't even shipped yet.
Now I see all these reviews stating everyone has had the same experience.
Terrible and probably scammers. I did not review the page before paying. I’m cancelling my order and contacting my bank.
They were the absolute WORST at both shipping and communicating. I had contacted them regarding an exorbitantly long shipping time and never received a reply. After finally receiving the product, it was terrible quality. After paying $50 for a ‘sweater’, I expected an actual sweater! What I received was a very cheap, polyester ‘something’ over a month late. I’m out $50, but hopefully I can help others not make the same mistake.
I wish I saw these reviews before I paid for a product they did not send and now they refuse to respond to my emails. Like others on here say: it is a complete scam. Like others, my only option is to follow-up with my bank to escalate the situation further since they refuse to send the product (despite taking my money) and refuse to respond to my emails.
I received a poor quality sweater with HAIRS ALL OVER THE SWEATER. We are currently in a pandemic and I received a USED SWEATER with HAIRS on it!?? I emailed to ask for a refund and have not received a response. Absolutely disgusting. Beware!!! Read reviews and save your money. Do not buy from this “company”. Unsanitary!!
Literally a scam, I made an order than silence for 2 weeks, I started to send emails to understand what happened but no answers?! At the same time they are uploading their Instagram religiously... I contacted the bank to escalate it further

Terrible Chinese crap. Took 2 months to come in, 0 email support. When it finally came the material was paper thin and the image was SOOO BAD. Completely unwearable, and no replies when I asked for a refund. AVOID!
