6 Days of Downtime – Unacceptable for a Hosting Provider nearly six consecutive…

We experienced nearly six consecutive days of service disruption due to what JaguarPC described as a DDoS attack. During this time, multiple websites were inaccessible and email services were not functioning properly.

This was not an isolated issue affecting a single IP. Clients in different cities and countries were unable to access their websites or send and receive emails. The outage was clearly at the server or network level.

Despite escalation to Level 2 engineering, the issue remained unresolved for almost a week. For a hosting provider, this level of prolonged instability is unacceptable.

The financial impact and reputational damage to our business have been significant. As a reseller managing multiple client accounts, reliability is critical. A disruption of this magnitude severely undermines trust.

Unfortunately, after this experience, we had no choice but to cancel our services and migrate elsewhere.

I would strongly advise businesses that depend on uptime and email reliability to carefully evaluate their risk tolerance before choosing this provider.
