Smart, top quality products!

I have been really impressed with every jaegr product I have purchased. Whether it’s a collar, fleece or overcoat they are all top quality and look so smart on my collie. Love the products!

Incredible quality

We bought the Robust set x3 in orange for our dogs. I wish there were more collars than bright blue and orange, but the quality is seriously good. You can feel confident these won't break or fall off/apart.

I have now waited 2,5 weeks without getting any parcel, so let’s see how long time it will take?

Hi, your parcel is held in customs and is awaiting duties and taxes payment. To add, you messaged us via our online chat and we explained you ordered while we were away on our only holiday of the last 3 years, so the order was delayed in leaving us - there was a message on the website to confirm this too. 2.5 weeks since Brexit is a very usual experience and usually, for Denmark/Switzerland/Sweden etc seems to be more around the 4 weeks time. This is the post and due to strikes, problems since brexit the delivery is just much longer. For reference on the next stages, your parcel has been held for around 48 hours in customs so payment will need to be paid in the next few days or the parcel will be returned.
