Have provided me with zero updates about the coat I ordered 3 weeks ago despite multiple emails requesting information and having paid for express international shipping. As a previous customer I am extremely disappointed in the poor level of customer service provided and will be submitting a PayPal claim for reimbursement

I absolutely love these dog coats. They have a coat for every eventuality. But what also makes these coats amazing is the service you get. You feel like your dealing with a friend and that your not ‘just another customer’

Couldn’t recommend Jaegr Dogwear products more if I tried! I have several coats, fleeces and drying coats and absolutely love everything I have purchased. The unique V neck on the ultra fleeces keep my lurcher cosy whilst not being restrictive and the Velcro waistband ensures it fits like a glove, without the risk of trapping hair or skin in a nasty buckle! The drying coats are PHENOMENAL, they’re like magic. The material they’re made of dries the dogs without becoming wet through, and absolute must after a damp walk or hydrotherapy session! And how could I leave out my favourites, the coats 😍. I have both the supreme and waterproof coats and both are fantastic. The waterproof are better for my collies with them being thinner, preventing anyone getting too warm! But the supremes are an absolute god send for my lurchers who don’t like any weather that isn’t sunshine!! Trying to find a coat to fit a sighthound can be a nightmare, and we tried many before coming across Jaegr. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my coats, I’ve had mine a year or two and they still look brand new after a wash!

You can tell so much time and effort has gone into designing each coat, to make them really stand out from the rest! The BEST designs, the BEST quality!
