What an excellent experience with Jadore Couture! It was a bit stressful ordering online as it was my first time, however the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Wanda and her staff was quick to respond to me when I had inquiries, the items were received faster than expected and the Louis Vuitton multi pochette was exactly described. I loved the nice note inside the package and the call post order to check in with me. I would definitely buy again from Jadore Couture. Thank you!!

It was my first Chanel Bag, and im so inlove with it. At first i had a little issue about the lay-away link, i cannot see the details as to when will i pay and how to pay, i started to panic, but great thing is , their costumer service was superb! They respond quickly and resolved my issue.. it was smooth transaction after.. how i wish the pick up location is not outside establishments coz its really akward waiting outside while people on cafe is staring at you..

I have made a few select purchases over the years and have always been delighted. First, the quality rating of the products have been spot on. Second, the pricing is fair. Third, the customer service has been fantastic (answering questions in a timely manner). Lastly, the purchases have always been delivered as promised (critically important as you want to get that beauty in your hands as soon as possible!) I would highly recommend Jadore Couture!

So far, I’ve had great experiences shopping with Jadore Couture. I bought a Chanel purse that was in better condition than I expected for pre-loved. I purchased my first Rolex watch as well but I didn’t research wrist watch band sizes and assumed it would fit me. I love the watch but will have to look into purchasing extra links from a reputable site in order for me to wear it. Overall, I would highly recommend their products.

As someone with extensive experience in the luxury resale market, I hold high standards for professionalism, transparency, and client care. Unfortunately, my experience with J’adore Couture fell far short of these expectations.

The customer service was unexpectedly poor — cold, dismissive, and at times, genuinely concerning. For a business operating in the luxury space, where trust and attentiveness are paramount, this level of service is unacceptable. Clear communication and respectful interaction are the foundation of any reputable resale operation, and regrettably, those qualities were lacking here.

I sincerely hope J’adore Couture reevaluates its approach to client relations, particularly when dealing with discerning and informed clientele.

I'm very happy with the experience I've had with Jadore Couture. I bought a beige Chanel shopper bag and it's in great condition, the curation is excellent, they have several products in great condition, several brands, the prices are good and the payment methods are affordable. The communication was great, the delivery was fast and the service was excellent. I'm very satisfied. It was the first of many!
