So I bought a bracelet for my hubs and in the description it stated that it was 24k gold. But after receiving it, I had concerns that it wasn’t 24k gold. They admitted that it was only gold PLATED and agreed to give me a refund.

3 months later after I return the bracelet I have yet to receive my refund. They basically just took my money. They are a horrible company and their products are way over priced. Please save your hard earned money for another company that is honest, ethical, and sells quality jade.

I bought a jade ring for myself as part of the bogo deal and didn’t add the other rings to my cart as part of the deal and only put it in a comment. Dani and Sana quickly sorted it out and made sure to have my rings sent out with free shipping! Amazing and quick customer service!

Rings I got sounded dull or have the “thud” which indicates definitely not a TYPE A jade as advertised. The certificates shows item photo but seems different compared to the actual.

I finally picked up my first product and i’m absolutely satisfied with my purchase. Not only did they give me the one i ordered, they also added in a little red envelope since it’s chinese new years. Just little details like, made me a forever customer

Make a long story short. I had ordered 3 bracelets on November 21st 2025. I received them a few weeks later in mid December but unfortunately they sent the wrong items. I emailed them to let them know that they sent the wrong items and if I can have the correct items sent or just have a refund. Dani was who I communicated with up till January 3rd 2026. I patiently waited since she said the item was temporarily out of stock and would take about 2 weeks to complete and I would hear back from them with an updated tracking number. Ok cool I’ll wait. Crickets. I reached back out to them again on February 4th. Sada responded back and said one of the bracelets was no longer being restocked and they would replace it with another bracelet of my choice. I finally received my order on February 13th. I really appreciate Dani and Sada’s response back and their exceptional customer service. Even though it took a few months to receive my order they were responsive and took care of the issue. Thank you Dani and Sada for your help.

Sada was very helpful with my questions and also responded very quick. We were able to sort out an issue within the hour!

I've made 3 purchases with Jade Jewelers in the last few months. They are in high demand and things sell out quickly. I was disappointed when they oversold an item but they were quick to reach out about it and made things right. Dani and Sada we're professional and helpful with offering solutions that met my expectations. Their customer service gives me confidence in their business.

The quality of the bracelets I purchased were fantastic! I did encounter a slight issue where there was a mistake and I was sent an incorrect item in my order. I reached out to see how and I could correct the problem, and Dani and Sada were immediately responsive to my request within hours. Before I knew it, they had already sent out the correct item and provided tracking information. I'd definitely come back to this merchant again just for the customer service (let alone the quality of the products too)!

i purchased three bracelets that delivered literally THE NEXT DAY ! the rose bracelet unfortunately had a defect that shows a scratch on the backside. i sent an email yesterday evening with a couple pictures asking if i could return it in order to receive a new one as they are for gifts. Dani & Sada were very quick to acknowledge, respond, and also process the replacement earlier today. they deserve a huge shout out, THANK YOUUU for your excellent customer service !!! i love jade jewelry and the quality of these bracelets is top-tier just like the customer service:) this is my first purchase and it surely won’t be my last<3

I bought a ring that ended up being too big for me. I asked for an exchange and Dani and Sada were so kind and helpful and were able to get me a new replacement asap, at no additional cost. Had My Jesus Head Pendant replaced due to the bail being loose, they gave me plenty of options of how i wanted to go about it which was Great! Got my Pendant replaced with a new Pendant they dropped and they had no problem and got everything handles in a timely manner. Shout out Dani & Sada For helping me and going out there way to make it happen! Great team 🔥🙏

I had ordered from The Jade Jewelers over the summer and had no issues--shipping was fast, order was correct, rings were absolutely stunning and quickly became a part of my everyday wear. I recently accidentally broke one of my rings, so I reached out to see if I could possibly get a replacement. Dani responded in such a timely manner and provided an empathetic and professional response as to why, per their policies, the order is not eligible for replacements. Later on, Dani emailed again emphasizing that, as a small family-owned business, I am a valued customer. So, as a one-time exception, they decided to send me a replacement. The bracelets shipped very fast and just in time for my dad's birthday. I bought my dad's birthday, and with the current promotion, I also got my mom one. When I received the bracelets, I noticed that one of them is a small bead bracelet instead of a large bead one. When I inquired about an exchange, Sada was able to promptly address the situation, and I got the one I wanted just in time for my dad's birthday.
