Sent me the wrong item won’t send the correct one
Sent me the wrong item, when I emailed to explain I had received the wrong item i received an email back being told I need to return the item they mistakenly sent to me and then they will issue a refund..firstly I don’t want a refund I want the item I initially ordered that cost 3x the amount the item I was sent and secondly i have now lost nearly £80 until the company are ready to pay it back following my apparent responsibility to rectify THEIR mistake. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Can’t return faulty item - they don’t respond.
Ordered two items one of which was faulty, but apparently to return from Norway I must contact support, which of course doesn’t respond. What to do now??
Update:
I sent the package back but because there is no return label for my country (JL only provided the address of the warehouse), I can’t prove that I’m returning clothes and have to pay taxes!

The customer service is terrible
The customer service is terrible. I ordered my package a month ago. While shipped out it was held for over two weeks & then I requested to change the address and the package was never delivered to the new or old address, and now they are not trying to give me a refund or product replacement. Even with their terrible lack of communication, they offer no resolution to this mishap.
