Talking with Jacqui was so easy

It was great talking with Jacqui - I felt truly listened too. Also, I recommend taking the B.E.S.T. Asessment - it was amazingly accurate and has definitely given me food for thought in how I currently function and how I can do things differently to improve and ease my stress levels.
