I bought a beautiful pair of diamond hoop earrings for my daughter's 18th birthday. When they arrived, they were even more stunning than the images. The service and delivery was prompt, efficient and very easy! From the moment that I met Jacqui, it was clear that she had a great depth of knowledge and passion for jewellery design. She took the time to fully understand what I wanted and why, and then worked with me to create a stunning pair of earrings in memory of my mother. The personal care, time and service which she provided me with was truly above and beyond.
Since creating my earrings, Jacqui has gone on to design my engagement ring. My partner had been so impressed with the process he had seen me go through, that he knew and she was the only person he trusted to deliver such a personal commission.
