They absolutely do not know what they are doing, they destroy your car, and they avoid taking responsibility for it, they had to do a wheel alignment, they did it twice, they didn't, they just ruined everything.

When I said that it was better before they did that,
their answer was I know,
what kind of masters working there?

if you don't know how to do,why need to use your time and others? ,then they don't need to touch ,much better
.and make much more problems to people

Great Service, Friendly and Helpful!! I bought my Suzuki back in October 2019 and from day one Niels and his Folks have been nothing but Kind, Helpful and very welcoming.

I'm an elderly woman who loves cars but couldn't change a tyre 🛞 if my life depended on it so I'm very grateful to Jacobsens Biler for their help whenever I need help.

Today I delivered my car for the yearly service and change to winter tyres and Niels and His boys went out of their way and even borrowed me another tiny car so I could visit my sons graveyard for his heaven birthday. This gesture meant a lot to me and I so appreciate them.

As always: Thanks Niels and the Young Guys, Jonas et al. Please Keep up the Good work, I appreciate all your help even when it's as trivial as changing my car clock from summertime to wintertime which I still haven't learned how to do 😉
