Ordered an extendable radiator cover as have a large radiator but wasn't big enough to cover so contacted these guys to organise a return & refund, WOW, in this day and age of disservice then cannot recommend this company enough, customer service guy called Afaz was absolutely amazing from start to finish, was professional, courteous & polite throughout, he organised a convenient day for DHL to come and collect, confirmed collection & confirmed full refund, yeah takes 5 days but that's standard practice and truly geniunly blown away by how absolutely professional these guys have been throughout and when it comes to the standard radiators then absolutely will be using these guys.

Really happy with my Kettle, the customer service was excellent, my order was received very quickly. Extremely happy overall and I will be visiting the Jackstonehouse website in future. Thanks.

Purchased a ceiling light/fan. 2 weeks after install the light does not work. They insisted on photos and videos of a non working item! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE, seriously a picture of it not working! Despite challenging the request and stating its impossility and saying i have a disability that stops the use of one of my hands, they persisted.

Products are cheap, unfit for purpose and cost more to install. It is not worth the hassle or accusation that will come your way. Be warned, stay away.

The customer service is second to none. They have sent me out 2 replacement parts including a new battery for my trolley

I brought a bike on line it was damaged within a week I sent an email and within a few days they had sent a replacement and arranged for the damaged bike to be collected they made sure my replacement was tested before I had it I'd recommend anyone to purchase from Jack Stonehouse I can't believe how quick I had replies and how smooth and easy it was a really really big thank you to all who made this experience so nice amazing customer service thank you very much

I had the misfortune of having to return not one but two scooters which I found quite daunting. (Grandsons Christmas presents).

I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I ordered an electric golf trolley from them. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because the order was delivered very promptly.

However, when it arrived one of the parts was upside down making it difficult to use and with the passage of time, the phone holder will be unusable as it will fall out of its bracket as the opening is at the bottom instead of the top.

Attempts to get them to deal with the matter resulted in repeated deflection of the problem to me and then to demand £15 to return the defective product.

First and last time for these guys.

I did not write this review until such time as I had a number of exchanges with the company. They didn't want to know and repeatedly inferred that it was my fault. If something goes wrong, that happens. It is how they deal with it that bears judgement.

In this case, they had a number of chances to respond in and failed miserably

Had a gift ordered from however wasn’t suitable so had to return. Contact by email was quick and easy with the return being organised promptly and refund processed on collection of item. I’ll be considering these guys for my own purchases in the future.

From start to finish, this was an excellent service. Easy to order, prompt email confirming order. Delivery came next day, way ahead of promised delivery timescale. Excellent communication from delivery company with 2 hour timeslot confirmed. Garden storage bench is great. An excellent company to deal with and absolutely no hesitation to use them again.

Bought the most beautiful radiator cover to match our walnut mirror and it fits perfectly. Measurements were accurate and it was so easy to build. I’ve never built anything up in my life, attempted this and it was a breeze! Instructions were bang on and all parts included. Lastly, I was worried about it not fitting our radiator as I’d had previous trouble with another company, so Bilan, part of their customer service team, not only reassured me that it would fit (matching my measurements), but said if it didn’t for any reason, that they would take the item back and refund me the money, which put me as ease! Delivery was fast and efficient too. Extremely happy overall and would 100% shop here again. Not sure why this company has had bad reviews as my experience was quality.

Ordered an electric golf trolley last year and even though the warranty had expired, Firstly, Rach and then Bilan, in Customer service have been excellent throughout dealing with my problem. There was a small issue with the battery connector coming loose from the frame, but Bilan arranged for replacement parts to be sent as a goodwill gesture and data sheets on how to fit them correctly. The email communication with him has been superb, with quick replies. Thoroughly recommend Jack Stonehouse (The Tandem Group), for their excellent customer service. First rate service. Thank you.

So ordered an item at 9:40am for click and collection same day as stated on website, as I need the item asap come 3pm no email or txt to say I can collect so rang and basically they didn’t put my order through for same day,,, so advertising something they don’t really do

I ordered a gazebo, and while the first one arrived broken, the company’s customer service was excellent. Rachel immediately arranged for a replacement, which arrived the very next day. The new gazebo is really good – sturdy, well-designed, and exactly what I was hoping for. Rachel’s friendly and efficient service made the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend both the product and the outstanding customer service!

Purchased an item a year ago but did not open it due to illness, when I did a component was missing, contacted the company who replaced item dispite the time difference. The operatives were very helpful, efficient and polite, could not have asked for better service. No problems at all. Would definately use again. Very impressed with way issue handled
