These guys are all over social media

These guys are all over social media. I ordered a poncho, looked good.
The only receipt I got was through "Google Shop"
They gave me à delivery date a week later. Nothing arrived.
Contacted them and told there was a shipping delay but would be posted Friday. Then silence another week. Another week nothing. 3 weeks later and I sent 2 more emails no reply whatsoever.
No poncho.
Had to do a bank dispute to try and get my money back. These guys are at best unreliable, and at worse lazy and useless.
They claimed when I commented on Facebook, I was scammed by another company and blocked me. Thats not possible because I did the order on their website.
AVOID.
