Ordered and paid for two different knives for gift. Received confirmation immediately. Date of supposed shipment came and went with no updates. Emailed three times to their suggested email address and have received no response. No phone number is provided to contact them. It's not poor customer service, it's NO customer service. Purchased from them a few years ago and the experience was great; now, not so much. BBB site displays complaints with no resolution.

I ordered a knife back in May, it’s been about 3 months, I’ve gotten no update on my order, I have emailed the company twice, no response, all would be well if I was just given some information on when I will receive my knife.
Update: it has now been close to 5 months, no knife yet

Quick response to order and received within a week. Nice blade but not razor sharp but with a little sharping it soon was. Only complaint is one side of the handle of the "Cindy" looked like it had been scuffed by a machine. Wish it wasn't but it is a hunting knife.

So I ordered a knife in the end of November. Got a confirmation right away. Was excited to have my 1st hand mad knife. Little did I know the problems that's would occur. By christmas I had no email responding from them it had been sent. 3 emails later I finally got 1 response. Was told it was shipped out. They put all the responsibilities onto the post office. They lost it, ir its delayed. Yet the package was never picked up from his place of work. After countless unreturned emails, and 3 months later I have no knife nor can get a hold of anyone to refund it. Next phone call will be someone with longer and sharper teeth than I. Horrible business practices. I would not reccomend ANYONE buy from them. Order from someone who actually give a crap about customer service. I hope everyone who reads this finds it will and looks else where. Save your self the headache and the trouble. Find a different maker.

My knowledge of knives comprises all of several episodes of Forged in Fire - that said, the knives I've purchased appear to be very well made and priced well, too. Attractive product.

Updated Again to five stars: Once we spoke to the seller he shipped immediately, and the item got here lightning-quick. The knife is absolutely gorgeous! It is a beautiful quality piece and we are very, very happy with our purchase. We will definitely buy from Jackson Blades again.

Updated from one to three stars: We have just been contacted by the seller. They apologized and said that they have been swamped with orders, and are sending ours today. If all goes well, I will happily update this review again to five stars when we receive the order.

We have sadly had the same experience as other reviewers here. We were so happy to find this seller because the knives looked like better quality than other options out there, and the website was actually written by someone who speaks English. We placed our order for a Christmas present for our son on 11/24/21, received order confirmation almost immediately, and our money was transferred to the seller the same day. Unfortunately, since then we have had no contact from the seller. We have sent emails, and have even tried to message them through Instagram, to no avail. In the meantime, they have managed to send us several emails offering us Black Friday discounts on additional purchases. While I understand that there might be shipping delays right now, the fact that we have no response from the seller, and that the item is still for sale on their website, leads us to believe that we will not be receiving our order. We have filed a notice through Paypal in the hope that we can either get a response from the seller, or get our money back. We are leaving this review here as well, because the seller does seem to respond here. We would still love to work with the seller and get the item we ordered and paid for, but we need to be able to communicate with them to do that.

Ordered a knife back on June 2021, recieved order confirmation immediately and charges went through. I then read on website that shipments should be shipped within 1-2 days and it was now middle of July. I had to contact them 3 times via email before I get a response saying that knife is no longer available. I replied immediately asking what other knives they had in stock since this was a birthday present. I eventually got tired of the no response and asked for a full refund. Have emailed 4 times in the past 2 weeks and zero response about getting the refund. I will be reporting to my card company. Absolutely terrible customer service, will never buy from here again.

Purchased a hunting knife, charges cleared, and a shipping/tracking number was almost immediately provided. The Jackson Blades website states that orders will be shipped within 1-2 days of receipt of payment and received 1-3 days after shipment. However, 2 weeks later, USPS tracking information states they are still awaiting receipt of the item for shipment. Emailed Jackson Blades twice asking for status with no response. Even if the blade was still in process of being assembled, I would be ok, but no response and a false sense that the blade is in transit really makes me have no confidence in this company. I will be reporting this to my credit card company to dispute charges since I cannot get a response from Jackson Blades.

Sharpest blade I have ever used! High quality build and material used. I am actually shocked that I can buy blade this caliber online.

The first knife I ordered from them (Dallas) was excellent. Five stars on that knife. Fast shipping.

However the second knife I ordered (Suzy) is not very good. Shipping was fast, but...
The blade looks great although it’s not sharp, but it’s the handle that is the problem. It literally looks like this knife was shipped before it received its final finishing step. The wood on the handle is too small for the tang, leaving an exposed metal edge all the way around. Also the wood itself is scratched and dinged as if it was already used or never completely finished.

It’s still under 30 days from my order but unfortunately I don’t have the original packaging to send it back re. their website rules.

Looks like I get to learn how to finish it myself.

I ordered 2 knives, a tracker knife and a "Damascus" hunting knife. The tracker knife is beefy and seems to be well built. However, the hunting knife clearly marketed and described as being 'damascus steel' is not. Even without sharpening you can see that the damascus pattern does not extend to the edge or the spine of the blade/tang. True damascus would show this pattern more clearly. I dislike being lied to and will not be buying from jackson blades again.

Money was refunded and Jackson Blades offered discount over long wait, I found that honorable. I'm hoping my experience was a one time thing with the crazy covid times we are living in. Thing is they could have told me it was a 6 month wait and I wouldn't have complained, just kept missing their own deadline. Things happen dont let this post discourage you the knives do look beautiful.

This is my third knife from Jackson Blades, fast shipping with all three purchases. Well constructed and awesome appearance with all plus an american and family business that shows their pride in every blade and knife they make.

My father and I are completely satisfied with our orders. The edge, finish, wood handles, solid leather sheaths, all we wanted. Great first experience with thus company.
I just ordered a 2nd knife and can't wait to see it.

Awesome knives with great details the "Lydia fits perfectly in my hand and the thumb indentation on the top of the blade is a great feature to give added leverage during use. The "Lydia" and "Ivy" are my first Damascus blades and I could not be any more impressed. All these knives need is a quick honing and they are ready for business.
