We recently moved using Jackson Grundy as our agents. They were excellent in all areas, keeping us informed and general customer service and I can’t recommend highly enough! A special massive thank you to Sandy who was just awesome through out the whole thing.

Megan was incredibly helpful with her mortgage advice and our mortgage came through in record time! Would definitely recommend.

Can't fault them in Duston. A really problematic chain, non caused by JG. Never gave up chasing and patiently getting things sorted as much as they could.

Open lines of communication throughout all stages of the house buying/selling phase. Some very difficult obstacles (presented by solicitors) were well navigated by the team at Jackson Grundy. I have recently been using the Mortgage Broker services with Louise. I can honestly say it has been the best experience for a FTB, Louise answered all my questions I had about every single thing professionally and promptly. I felt completely supported throughout the procedure & that everything was in my best interest, rather than theirs.
A shoutout to Alice too, who answered my emails in Louise’s absence & even gave me a call to discuss parts of the mortgage offer on the same day as asking the question.

Myself and my boyfriend are first time buyers, All of Jackson Grundy made the process so much easier! Megan was our mortgage advisor and couldn't have done a better job, she was patient and incredibly helpful so thank you Megan! We also spoke with Becky who assisted with all the middle work between us and our solicitors, she always kept us up to date with the process, Thank you Becky. I had the best and most incredible experience with Jackson Grundy! Becky Toone from the Duston branch was the most friendly, hardworking, and amazing estate agent someone can have !!! She was in charge of our sellers property yet dedicated time and effort to help us and update us when no one would!! She went above and beyond when our own agency refused to do so. Without her hard work and dedication our housing process would have taken so much longer to complete. Selling our home was made easy by all at the Duston branch of Jackson Grundy. Thanks to Chris and Brandon for the early sales stage with a huge thank you to Becky for her work in completing the sale. If you’re selling in the area, don’t look anywhere else.

Becky was absolutely fantastic to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and she was always quick to help sort out any queries.
She made the process a lot less stressful.

Chris was very quick in finding someone to buy our house, both him and Megan were incredibly professional with everything to do the sale and showings.

Becky was a godsend when it came to the sale! She helped to keep me calm most of the time with reassurance and support throughout. We had a bit of a longer wait due to management companies, but Becky keep everyone update and spoke to us at least once a week.

A fantastic firm, we would recommend them to anyone!
