I strongly advise against using…

I strongly advise against using Jackpotmate88.

I deposited and played using my own funds (no bonus involved) and was able to win. However, when I attempted to withdraw, my winnings were confiscated for “suspicious betting activity.”

I immediately requested a formal explanation, including:

* The specific Terms and Conditions clause I allegedly breached
* The exact betting activity in question
* Any evidence supporting their decision

Despite multiple requests, I have received nothing but the same copy-paste response with no details or justification.

At no point have they provided proof of wrongdoing, which raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency. Legitimate operators provide clear reasons when taking such actions—this site does not.

Based on my experience:

* Winnings can be withheld without explanation
* Support does not properly investigate or respond
* There is no transparent dispute resolution process

Until this matter is resolved and proper evidence is provided, I cannot recommend this site to anyone.

If anyone from Jackpotmate88 wishes to resolve this, I am happy to update this review with the outcome.
