I love that I can play from the comfort…

I love that I can play from the comfort of my home! Pay outs aren't as big as most people are saying they are, but I have cashed out a couple times. Absolutely nothing like what they post on facebook! But if that changes I will definitely come back here and let everybody know!

THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY! Their customer service doesnt answer for about 3 days at a time and when they do answer, they fix NOTHING! Their games and their server is rigged for people to LOSE! Their ads are all misleading! Their commercials show people winning a decent amount that are spinning at $10 a spin! They offer you nothing in ways of compensation for HUGE LOSSES AND KNOW, 1000%, that their “random number generator” and “algorithms” are COMPLETELY RIGGED FOR YOU TO LOSE LOSE LOSE. PLAYERS BEWARE!

I am currently in the process of filing…

I am currently in the process of filing complaints and arbitration regarding this platform.

Jackpot Go admitted a system error impacted my account but still removed 118,019.38 SC without providing any supporting documentation or audit.

Despite multiple requests, they refused to provide transparency or justification for the deduction.

This raises serious concerns about retroactive balance adjustments, lack of accountability, and the absence of any verifiable audit process.

Consumers should be aware of the risks when using platforms that rely entirely on internal systems without transparency.

They claim they have records. Even in the reply to this review. However it is a lie as I’ve asked for the records multiple times and never get them. I was betting huge money per spin. I should have known better.
