Jackpotcity is seriously a scam

Jackpotcity is seriously a scam, the games haven't been working but they'll still play and take every penny you have! It's a coincidence why i lost so much and when you're down to nothing then thw game will shut down by itself or stop play, then a message will pop up on the game saying the bet was blocked after taken so much of your money and not giving a single win! The games on jackpotcity is a scam...they seriously need to look into that and do something about it because it's unfair for me who plays everyday and waste my money everyday! Give people a fair game and stop scamming us for our money!

Put a complaint in to them after…

Put a complaint in to them after appalling live chat or I tied to their complaints email had been turned off after ax month I complained to gambling commission guess what had a reply of jackpot straight away sent them a reply stating disagreed with their solution and no reply again for another month. Stay away I suspect that jackpot and Betway the parent company are about to receive another industry fine. Hope it breaks them.

Just say NO!

As a seasoned slots gambler who’s had accounts with just about every casino group out there, this is the worst of the lot. Since 2023 I’ve deposited quite a few hundreds of pounds and never had anything worth withdrawing, although I did once take £23 out (wow!).
Never had such poor returns from any casino.
My advice? Avoid like the plague!

Just about the worst casino around.

Just about the worst casino around.

Site extremely glitchy.

New customers offer not honoured and then when you spend several hours of your life on chat asking why, they give you free spins on a totally different slot, the god awful Big Bass Bonanza slot.

Live chat is awful always times out on you in the middle of getting your problems sorted out.

Truly puzzles me how this sites are even allowed....horrendously poor built site, poor customer service, poor everything AVOID!!!
