I've spent a lot of money at Jackpot…

I've spent a lot of money at Jackpot City over time, so I feel like I've given the promotions a fair chance. Unfortunately, my experience has been pretty disappointing. Aside from the daily 10 spins on the Million Dollar Wheel, I rarely receive meaningful offers or rewards. What really frustrated me was getting a notification saying, "Congratulations, claim now!" I clicked it expecting a bonus, only to find there was nothing to claim. That kind of promotion feels misleading and leaves loyal players feeling let down. It's like dangling a worm in front of a fish and then pulling it away at the last second. I understand casinos can't reward everyone all the time, but if you're going to send promotional messages, they should actually lead to something. Long-term customers should feel appreciated, not teased with empty offers. Based on my overall experience with promotions and player rewards, I'd rate Jackpot City's promotional program a 3.4 out of 10. To borrow a figure skating analogy, they didn't land the big jump. There's plenty of room for improvement, especially when it comes to recognizing and rewarding loyal players.
