Wont let you change your name back to Maiden Name

I really loved Jackpocket. I used them for lottery for a long time, however, when I had to have a name correction (because I reverted to my maiden name without getting a divorce, which is entirely legal) they would not change my last name to the legal one, because I didn't have a document because I didn't get a divorce, or get married, I just name corrected. By law, you can revert your last name to your maiden name without a qualifying event. They chose to ignore that, and because they won't change my name on my account to the legal name (which I provided legal documentation for) I cannot actually use the app because if you link a bank account it must match the name on the account. I could not get a passport or a social security card, if my name change wasn't legal, and yet they do not recognize it because I was not married, divorced, or spent weeks getting a "declaration" from a court when one wasn't needed for literally any other company-- or government office.

I submitted a self-certified ID (SCID) to Jackpocket for verification as requested and have not received a follow-up. My account is currently restricted due to location verification issues, and I need confirmation of document receipt and status. I am physically located in New Jersey and comply with all requirements. Please advise on the status of my verification so I can resume using the service. Uploads are complete but no response has been received. Thank you.

Quick to take your money but win $50 and still haven't received it. Why do I need to upload ID and proof of address to withdraw $50? Funds should be sent back to the same account you took it from. Be careful uploading your money you will not get it back

Draft Kings /Jackpocket STILL giving customers the finger

10 days and still waiting for a response to my LOCKED ACCOUNT (message is "Something Went Wrong") Obviously Jackpocket (Draft Kings subsidiary?) could not care less about their customers. They have my money and there is no way to access my funds AND, AGAIN, DRAFT KINGS / JACKPOCKET COULD NOT CARE LESS.

Don't put money into Jackpocket account!

Twice Jackpocket has stolen my account for no reason and getting a hold of customer service is very difficult. Be careful putting money into your account because you may not be able to get it back.

One Star

One Star – Shady Practices and Terrible Customer Service

I won $2,500 on Jackpocket on May 5, and it’s now May 10—I still haven’t received my winning ticket. According to their policy, winning tickets should be shipped via FedEx the next business day, but here I am, a week later, still waiting.

I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times, and the responses have been vague, unhelpful, and completely lacking in accountability. No clear updates, no tracking info—just empty promises and scripted responses.

This whole experience raises serious red flags about how Jackpocket operates. If they can’t even get a basic shipment out in time, how can they be trusted with handling lottery winnings? I plan to file complaints with the Gaming Commission and the Attorney General’s office.

Avoid this app at all costs—there are much better and more transparent ways to play the lottery.
