I ordered watch straps online the 15th July 2025 and paid for it with my C/Card / order 58220 / Tracking ID 391095686119 / from Dallas to Swakopmund/Namibia.

I never received my order and Jack Mason ignores to refund me informing me instead that they experiance issues with international shipping .

The support team sends promises to deal with that matter and inquire with FedEx and weeks later nothing happened. Still no delivery and money not refunded.

No problems whatsoever with this watch in purchase process, delivery, condition, and operation. The company responded promptly when price adjustment was requested within the 14-day period.

I just received the Overland 3H SS Purple dial Solar watch and I couldn't be more happy. it was packaged and shipped with care and the watch box itself is very eco-conscious. The beautiful Purple dial has amazing details; wavy, grate and honeycomb cutouts add a unique dimension to the face. Large bright numbers are easy to read and the rotating inner bezel with printed compass ensures you never get lost. The case is made from recycled stainless steel that provides a really nice textured look and the 2h Orange crown adds a nice POP of color that makes it stand out. The orange and black velcro strap is very comfortable but the little green pull tab makes it feel a little Halloween-ish. Good thing I Love Halloween:) All in all this eco-friendly solar watch hits the spot anytime you want to put a smile on your, or anyone else's face. It really is that great. I'll be looking to Jack Mason again in the future and if you haven't, I highly recommend checking them out.

I purchased a watch on November 28, 2022, with the Order #40454. A week later the watch went down by about $100. I read the price adjustment policy of this company and it states that price adjustments can be made within a 14-day window of the purchase if the price goes down. So, about a week after purchasing, I wrote an email asking for a price adjustment, never got any response no matter how many times I emailed them. I will never buy a watch from this company again.
