I wouldn't give this company one star but it won't let me review without giving one star, the stuff this company sells is cheep and nasty nothing like the photos or videos and when you got an autistic child opening them to discover they don't work I had to deal with a massive meltdown several actually how this company is being aloud to trade I don't know! Ive been waiting weeks for a refund an they take a week to reply to every message also they are called jackies kids UK what a misleading company ripping people off from China!!!

Would not even give 1 star!! Wish I read the reviews before I ordered. They do not care about customer satisfaction one jot!
Ordered item received 2 months later missing parts - took another month to send. Put the item together and the track was broken. Then they said my 30 days had expired, so my grandson birthday present took over 3 months to receive and now not fit for purpose only the bin!! Please do not buy from this company!!

Fraud company.

As per other reviews, do not use this company. It’s based in China and sells horrible low quality goods using false and misleading information, that then take months to arrive, then they deny you a refund unless you return the goods to CHINA at your expense. There are more and more of these scam companies popping up. Please don’t use them.

I ordered a JUMPSTAR as a gift , I ordered in plenty of time as planned to wrap and take abroad as a Xmas prezzie. I waited and waited, received at least 3 emails from JK's apologising for delayed delivery. It arrived AFTER id left ...so was unable to take it away as a xmas prezzie. On my return , i emailed to explain due to their delayed delivery , it was now too late to give and requested a pre paid label to return for full credit. They told me that return costs- to CHINA - despite advertising themselves as a UK company -would be MY responsibility and once theyd received the returned item , theyd refund me 20%!!!!! Can I advise you to NOT use this company. I didnt feel this was fair. Their customer service is not okay.

Terrible toy arrived not working and other people have said it’s another Chinese rip off

Firstly I blame Google for introducing me to this site, honestly they deserve no stars! Delivery didn't annoy me as much as the quality of the items.
The polished website is very misleading with a ridiculous amount of positive reviews with a couple of bad ones thrown in to make it seem realistic, my reviews are yet to be published though so I wonder if these are AI?
2 out of 5 items arrived in boxes, one was open, stained and the toy was very dirty and screams being second hand.
The other 3 items were wrapped in plastic with a warehouse QR codes on.
The chewable remotes although the website states are silicone had no information or form of CE stamp and have gone straight in the bin.
The talking parrot does not look like the advert but does more than it says it does, it plays snippets of an array of world pop songs, a few of which are highly inappropriate for children!
Please please please save your money!

Not good im afraid. I ordered an Advent Calander for my grandson. The order was done on 9 November. I emailed a few times to get an update, at first they answered then all went quiet. I had to ask my bank to get my money back. Ill never use this company again

WISH I’d read the reviews on here before using this company! 😡 they sent a product that didn’t work. I requested a replacement and received appalling customer service! DO NOT buy from this scammers!

BEWARE this company uses misleading advertising and misrepresents itself as a UK company, using fake photos of its products.
It fools you into thinking that it is an Amazon product and is based in the UK. Neither are true. It’s sent via a ‘drop seller’ from China, so takes a long time to arrive. The quality is extremely poor but to return the sub-standard product would cost you more than just having to write off your waste of money!
Absolute rip off, if only a ‘no star’ rating was possible!

Advertises itself has “Uk online kids shop” but orders come from abroad. 11 days and I still haven’t received my order, AVOID.

Absolutely shocking wish I had read the reviews!!!! Ordered a track fusion train product, took 15 days to arrive despite paying delivery. Ignored all requests for delivery charge refund and sent about 15 emails. The product arrived in battered box and was the wrong product to what was advertised!! Have emailed them numerous times and no response completely ignoring me! DO NOT USE! Shocking!

Bought a kiddies wooden tea service for my grandsons Xmas.Ordered on 8th Dec , arrived 28th....
Returned it unopened to an address in London on the 2nd Jan, not heard a peep!!, I definitely will not be recommending this company, even to someone I don't like!!!

Product Splashy Whale. Worked however would not turn off once removed from water. Their response was "Take the batteries out"

Order was delayed, arrived 3 weeks later and when I wanted to get a refund as it didn’t make it on time I was told to send it back to China! Customer service is useless and can not communicate properly. What a shame!

I am waiting for my order made on 7th January which was for my great granddaughter’s first birthday on 20th. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. In view of what I have read, if they arrive they will be returned unopened. The website is misleading

Have to give one star so being untruthful to start with as they honestly don't deserve it. Give the appearance of a UK company (UK email) but sent from China and takes weeks to get here. Product (soak snuggles) was absolutely horrible. Cheap hard plastic rather than pliable silicon. Picture shows baby playing with product but small print says 3-5 so no good for my purpose. Even then I don't think it would meet UK safety standards. Very small parts - choking hazard. Sent in scrunched clear plastic bag just thrown in a grey mail bag, no padding. Very overpriced (even in the sale) and only fit for the bin. Extremely cross with myself that I got suckered into their scam and feel the need to warn others. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!!!!

Its a scam site that needs to be taken down. You're buying very very cheap plastic things that is nothing like the toys seen in the pictures. They are sent in plain brown cardboard boxes from China. It takes weeks to arrive.
The bit that solidified it was a con was the reviewing process. I felt that I would swollow the cost but leave a bad reveiew so no one else would fall for it. However. When you write a review on the website you then get an email to 'Confirm' if it was you that made the review. You are then redirected to another website called Judge.me where you think you are posting up the review. It then posts a review to the product somewhere on the judge.me website and this never gets postedup on the Jackies Kids website. Their reviews are fake and never change.

No stars.

I ordered £200+ of toys on the 4th Jan. It said fast delivery. Posted: 7th Jan, 3 days after ordering, Expected: 17th Jan. Missing kids birthday by 4 days.
No humans on the phone and only a standard email saying 'its on it way' after 1 week of waiting.
I will be returing and not using that site again
