Not surprised to see so many 1star reviews, similar to others, I received my toy in a damaged box, I was offered 20% refund and keep the toy, didn’t realise that that refund would make the damage go away 😂 then told to return it to china and pay for the postage, aye right 🤪 Advised them I am keeping the toy in the same place I keep the rest of the garbage…in the bin.

Where is my order please? Absolutely disgusted with you. Track my order has been saying out for delivery for 20 days now and nothing. Can't get anyone to answer an email though very quick to take my money.

Wouldn’t give it this but had to leave something! Terrible company! Bought my first child her first little camping chair only to receive it broken. I’ve messaged this company several times about a replacement but nothing yet !! Please do not waste your money on this company AVOID TOTAL SCAMMERS!!

Shocking!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is a bogus company and is NOT UK. The toys we receive after a three week wait were terrible quality, cheap knock off toys. We did get a refund BUT we had to send these awful "toys" all the way back to China and PAY for the delivery!!

0 stars, terrible quality, counterfeit looking goods (I have other products in the same range and the quality is not the same)

This company should not be advertised as a UK company returns and correspondence are in China

Products took almost 4 weeks to reply, correspondence from ‘customer service’ takes days/weeks to respond.

I ordered four flying fairies from Jackie’s Kids, and the experience was really disappointing. Two of the boxes arrived damaged, and one fairy was broken inside and completely unusable. When I tried to return the items, I discovered the return address is in China, which makes sending them back far too expensive to be worthwhile. Overall, the fairies are poor quality, and I wouldn’t recommend buying from this website.

Beware !!!!! Company pretends to be UK. Product I bought damaged and certainly not like what I ordered. To return back to china costs me more than the product , offered 20% discount for a product I can’t use and not as described - wish I had read the reviews first - don’t waste your money

I honestly regret using this company, I ordered three items and all are inferior, they look cheap, feel cheap and basically are cheap. Don’t be fooled by their website. I ordered a bath toy which is actually the best of a bad bunch, a mega airplane, it’s really not that mega, it’s about 12” long and very flimsy. Then the tool kit WOW how rubbish was this, the first one came and the tool box was broken in three places. The tools are a joke so poorly made and again very flimsy. They sent a second box which took nearly 3 weeks to arrive and late for my grandson’s birthday they knew the date and still couldn’t get to me in time. They offered me 15% off my next order 😂😂 because I’m obviously going to use them again. In my opinion this is a two bit company and should be avoided.

Absolutely appalling service. I ordered an outfit for a 1-3 months size. It came at an 8 month size at 73cms. I emailed their so called support who told me this was the correct size for a 1 month old baby!
I replied back and sent pictures of the size. I got a reply telling me I can return it but no address to return it to. Go look at their ridiculous refund policy. Only address given is in Hong Kong.

2 items ordered for Christmas 2025. Not first time I’ve ordered. Always extended delivery time usually 3-4 weeks.
Complained about last order as part of ‘magnetic’ track missing and one car train not taking full USB charge so doesn’t last more than a couple of minutes (unlike the other.
Customer service takes a week to reply and always requesting more photos and videos.
Never had satisfactory outcome as they make it so difficult.
Products look fabulous on advertising but never are in reality.
Avoid company is my advice

Wish I had not placed an order! Three weeks later they are still saying it will be arriving "today"! It has been to three different warehouses in weird locations and has now been in Northampton since 11/3! I have asked for a refund on four separate occasions and all that happens is I receive another email telling me that it is with my local courier! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!

This company is not UK based it is Chinese rubbish if you want to return it you have to pay to return it to china

I ordered the fishing game and I was extremely pleased with it when it arrived. It is well made and a really lovely safe toy for a toddler.
It did take a little while to arrive so you need to build that into your shopping

Purchased the dinosaur and ball game..
Absolutely 💯 rubbish...one it very tiny compared to picture. Yes my fault maybe not looked into that. Then it so hard to reload and fire balls. I would not give this to any child as a gift. Very disappointed

Terrible company and terrible service.

We ordered a large steam train for our kids and it took a long time to arrive! Also it was damaged so we asked for the damaged part to be resent to us. They sent us an email stating it’s been sent but after nearly a month when I tried to track where it was, it said it has not been shipped yet! Terrible customer service, we are very unhappy and regret buying from this company. So avoid at all costs

Wish I’d read the reviews first before ordering. I’ve contacted my credit card company for a refund. Instagram needs to thoroughly research these sham companies.

Piece of cardboard and a pen that arrived 19 days after ordering it. Absolute rubbish. A piece of badly dented A4 size cardboard was supposed to be the toy. I am speechless. Do not waste your money on this company. I am reporting to UK trading standards authority because they regulate online orders. This company seems to be ordering from China.

Purchased a pack of 6 glowasaurus toys from Jackie's toys. Took best part of 2 weeks to arrive which was longer than anticipated but the worst thing was that one of the toys wasnt working on arrival and another 2 broke within the first week. Very poor quality toys considering the price. Would not recommend buying from them
