This is not a UK store - it's a fraud from HK. DONT BUY ANYTHING - nothing arrives except useless emails.

Avoid this company do not use. Ordered a die cast machine advent calendar. Thought thus would be little model dumper trucks etc. but no it was plastic pictures of the trucks. Purchased gift for my nephew and his parents did not tell me as they thought that’s what I had purchased. Contacted Jackie’s no apology just a no refund as out of time.

Avoid this outfit - steer well clear. I ordered a child's toy kitchen set for £14.99 as a stocking filler and received junk to the value I would say of about £3.50 it took weeks to arrive and will now be given to a charity shop. I wish I'd carried out some research before purchase. Never again.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered Christmas presents for my grandkids in mid December. it's 1st January they still haven't arrived. all I get is emails saying good news its on its way. there appears to be no way to get them to refund my money

Shocking service
I ordered 2 toys for my grandchildren on the 2 nd December which arrived 3 days after Christmas!! Far too late! The replies were standard emails and they would not give me my money back!! I emailed them frequently.
I no longer want the toys but they are not interested in refunding me

I have been waiting for order for over 2 weeks now. When you track the order it says it’s preparing to be sent or it’s on its way. There’s very little information given.
I’ve been emailing them and using their contact information and today used their chat and no one no agent is available. It’s all a stupid scam!!!!!

I want to cancel and my money back but can’t even get a ahold of anyone!

I ordered on December 9th. Im still waiting for the delivery. All I get is AI automated replies via email when I complain.

Ordered 9/12 for Xmas thinking it was uk company didn’t receive till 29/12 and very disappointed with quality. Will not go to the bother of returning just learn from the experience. Do not waste your time on this company.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering from Jackies Kids. Order placed on 13 December for Christmas gifts. No update on dispatch until 20 December when I was told it was in transit (looking at the tracking, package seemed to be at a foreign airport). Needless to say, did not arrive in time for Christmas, (arrived 30 December). I have had a couple of emails apologizing for delay. I emailed them back on 26th December to inform them the products would be returned and a full refund expected. They have informed me that their T&C's state its fine to not deliver in a timely fashion (and my hard luck). On top of this the products are of very poor quality and I would not give them to my grandson. Last time I google a product and order without really researching the company offering a service.

Ordered a 3D Pen to say the quality is poor is an understatement. I’m not sure it’s will be legal to sell in the UK. The instructions makes no sense, have spelling mistakes & written in broken English. Given this is for a child the pen gets very hot dangerous for a child. Feels like it’s a scam company maybe based abroad & gets business through legit looking ads. Reporting to trading standards as I can’t see how these products pass UK laws to be sold safely.

Ordered 3rd December , 30th today nothing turned up just these repeat emails saying sorry it’s late it’s on its way
Too late now I asked for a refund and they just send auto responses. So that’s money I bet I’ll never get back , scam company you think is In uk , it’s not . Total waste of money , avoid !

I didn’t check Trustpilot reviews before shopping from this website which was a huge mistake. I ordered a book and it came in a very bad quality. They copied the original book and sold it. When I would like to return it, they sent an address from China and they mentioned that the cost belongs to the customer. So I couldn’t return it as it might cost more than product itself. In summary, don’t trust this website

11/12 /25 I ordered a total of 5 talking toy parrots, disappointingly only 2 arrived. The money has gone from my bank account. So where are the other 3 ?

Shockingly bad! As with other reviews, do not expect that your item/s will be delivered between 7/10 days. They also claim to send your item within 2/3 of placing the order which is also not true.
They kept palming me off, saying that they would get in touch with the carrier to ensure that my item would be delivered in good time. I did not believe this, at all. I ordered 2 items that were delivered seperately. The first one was packed in a flimsy box that was crushed amd not salvageable enough to give as an intended gift. The 2nd one arrive well after Christmas. Despite wasting £50 on this ridiculous excuse for a company, they have offered me £2.95 for the postage only. I have told them not to bother as I will express my disappointment and dissatisfaction via a review. If you feel as though you cannot possibly live without purchasing something from them, prepare to be disappointed! They don't have a low score on here for no reason! I would give 0 stars if it allowed me, so 1 star flatters them really!

I ordered two things of there one came and the other hasn’t I’ve been emailing back and forth and still had no help (bare in mind I ordered 2nd of December) they are sending me an image saying delivered but that was the parcel I received! They are not helping whatsoever I will never order here again

Not a UK store although they imply this. Delivery took weeks and when I checked why it’s because the item was still in Hong Kong. When the item arrived it was clearly very cheap poor quality and a complete waste of money. Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered on 13th, still not arrived.
Tracking constantly says it’s on route but it’s been stuck in London a fortnight apparently. No responses from customer services except the usual (we know it’s late, my bad)

It's the worst experience I have had with this site. Ordered my items on dec3rd and from then there were no prompt updates about any of the shipping details. After repeated and long conversations with the team they never responded properly to any questions and today when it's nearly a month they have told that some option was not selected while choosing the item .how vague was the reply they have given after almost a month of following up with them...NEVER EVER GONNA PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Ordered a Track Fushion for my granddaughter for Christmas, the item arrived on the 14th Nov, (yes Christmas was a month away, but I order things early online to make sure they come in time). To cut a long story short, it's faulty and doesn't work. Emailed as soon as we found out it didn't work, which was 26th December and also spoke to customer service via chat. Basically don't want to know cos it's over the 30 day return
policy. Most companies have extended return for Christmas gift. I was told I should have opened the box and tried it out. Wont be using this company again. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Very happy with 2 toys ordered. My only slight issue was with the train set, i opted for the bigger set as said 80 pieces, but the majority of pieces are decoration and not functional so not as expansive as I would have hoped. But otherwise happy so far. Delivery updates could have been a bit better but I got the products in time and no issue with quality or missing pieces as some have claimed.
