Placed the order and received a confirmation email and asking me to rate my experience although that would be hard to do seeing as I only placed an order. After days of not receiving any tracking information I proceed to message the company directly to their email and on the page's chat. There has been no response. Attempted to call the number listed on the website and the number will not even ring. When I google the address it shows as an apartment complex and have reviews on other sites that stated other customers never received their ordered products. I know its the holidays and people tend to get busy but the lack of communication is unsettling and leaving me to think this is a SCAM.

I ordered a jacket on September 28

I have tried contacting you via phone and email as instructed on your website. I have not heard back and my request to cancel my un-shipped order remains unanswered. My credit card was charged immediately and I have not gotten any shipment information, nor have I got any answers about canceling my order. Your communication is non-existent and makes me wonder if this business even exists.

Good quality leather jackets at reasonable rates. Good experience indeed.

From 6/4/2024: I have yet to get a confirmation email of my order that came from Jackets Planet. Instead I got a PayPal email and the recipient was a person’s name and not Jackets Planet. I feel I have been scammed. I tried contacting Jackets Planet through both their listed email and WhatsApp. No answer. No replies.

On the week of the 10th, I chatted with them and they would not tell me why the jacket was delayed but said it would be shipped out by 6/15. While I was dubious, I decided to give them the BOD and wait. So I waited. No news from them. No email at all with an actual tracking number. So I decided to reach out to them on 6/20 to get an update…..
Update on 6/20/2024:
Still do not have my jacket. No email with any kind of tracking number either. I used their chat on their website today and was still getting a run around with no real answers for when the jacket would be shipped. Actually the only time they responded to me (it appeared) was after I typed they were scamming me and that I was going to report them to BBB.

I do not in any way recommend you buying from this place.

They are the best in the jackets business. I ordered a black fringes jacket from them and asked for some customizations and they did exactly the same. I will surely buy again from them.
