Excellent experience! Ordered a custom replica letterman jacket, lost in a fire, & received it within estimated 5-week timeframe. Amazing quality & attention to detail. My husband loves it! Great customer service too. 5/5 stars!

I have just purchased my 3rd jacket and honestly it is worth every penny. The quality of the jacket is phenomenal and they can last a lifetime if you take of it. The style is classic and timeless and I also ordered a jacket for my teenage son which he customized.

My daughter's jacket arrived quickly, and was exactly as depicted online. We are really happy with the purchase and would highly recommend ordering from this company!

Ordering online was easy. All the details were as I ordered them. There was a billing issue. It was quickly resolved. It arrived in the delivery window. I was really impressed with the quality. It’s worth every penny. It will last a very long time and it will be cherished. I’ve had so many compliments. Love it!

This was great; I was planning on buying a prefab style from elsewhere. Then I realized for that price I could get something customized. That's when I found you. The site was easy to navigate, every step of the jacket builder made sense, the price was reasonable, and I received exactly what I wanted fasted than I expected to!

The Stewart & Strauss family at Jacket Shop made a delayed dream come true by delivering an heirloom quality custom varsity jacket to a U.S. Army veteran. Upon leaving high school to start career of service a jacket wasn't possible but in this moment, it was worth the 35 year wait. A truly outstanding product to express my life story. The custom interface was easy to use and customer service was responsive and helpful every step of the production process.

The S&S website was easy to navigate. It guided me through the style selection, sizing and customization. After placing my order I noticed something I needed to change. I submitted a change order which was quickly acknowledged by S&S. A few days later the jacket arrived exactly as I had ordered. Great customer service at S&S! Highly recommended!

The website to customize a letter jacket was easy to use and they showed you what the jacket would look like before submitting the order! The jacket also came in a timely manner. I was able to give it to my grandson for Christmas. A nice quality jacket.

“As stated on our website and your order confirmation, blank stock jackets can be returned. We have a 10-day return policy as stated on our website. Your order shipped on time.”

If you don’t see how the message that you wrote (cited above) is unbelievably condescending, then I’m sorry that you’re so socially ignorant.

Unbelievably rude customer service. I cannot speak to the quality, sizing, condition, etc. of the jackets that this company sells yet, as they have yet to be received (despite me paying $60 for two day shipping, of course). However, I can speak with full authority as to how unbelievably provocative at least one of their representatives was. The email that was sent to me recently from an employee (they did not state their name - figures) was one of the most disrespectful displays that I’ve ever seen from someone within the “customer service” sphere. And, over what? My asking three questions to clarify when my order was going to be shipped and two regarding the return policy. Who gets mad over a CUSTOMER asking three simple, innocent, and fair questions?
Evidently, this “company” does.
What an absolute joke; a complete miasma of acute disrespect and petty, directionless, and unwarranted aggression. Avoid this company like the plague.

Wonderful product and craftsmanship...... Prompt for a one off custom creation....... Quality.....and responsive to direct messages..... Easy to build the jacket( with my original as the template)......Virtually exact.

Top of the line! Great company. I ordered my oldest son a jacket. He had the best looking Letterman jacket on his HS baseball team! We all loved it so much, I ordered my younger son a jacket for a 2023 xmas gift!

I loved how I was able to build exactly the Jacket I wanted. I struggled at first making a decision and was able to communicate easily with staff to get things exactly how I wanted. So easy and we LOVE how everything turned out.

I love that JacketShop had so many great options to choose from to build my perfect jacket. The preview of my jacket that I was provided with was very accurate to how it actually turned out.
