From initial enquiry to job completion, the order was progressed smoothly, and ran to the predicted time frame, with prompt responses to queries. I was particularly struck by the considerable care which the surveyor took in his evaluation and measurements; which was also remarked upon by the installers, who did an excellent job.

Had a front door installed from Jack Brunsdon last week. Over the moon with the initial enquiries regarding getting a new front door, all the way through to the quality and workmanship of the door itself! I had reservations at first if I’m honest as they aren’t the cheapest doors around. However, once I saw it in real life to using it everyday, it’s quality all the way. It’s elevated the look of my house, and I’ve had lots of compliments from passing neighbours. It’s bright red with beautiful brass accessories.. gorgeous!!

An excellent installation by Jack Brunsdon and Son. From ordering, measuring through to fitting and a final slight adjustment, everyone concerned was pleasant and professional.

The couple who fitted the door were prompt, tidy and efficient. I felt they were taking care that they did the best job they could. I was very happy with the result.

From the very beginning, the team were warm and welcoming and clearly very knowledgeable about not only the materials and manufacturing process but also about how the installation would work on our very old cottage. The ordering process was very smooth and clear throughout with assistance on colours also very useful, with care and consideration given to the style of the property. The installation team were highly experienced and friendly and were able to flex the install as needed when they came up against some unforeseen challenges with the property on the day. The finish achieved was beyond our expectation, as was the Customer service throughout. I couldn’t recommend Jack Brunsdon more.

We have had a complete fitting of front door and outside windows in our porch which is still in warranty until 2027.
Twice a fitter has been out to correct the door hinges. The door seems to drop and get stuck. The first time it was becoming nearly impossible to get out of the house(it is our only entrance/exit) and was very worrying.
Some four months since the last man came it is doing exactly the same. I have sent in a warranty claim but am becoming worried for the third time.
We have heard nothing from Jack Brunsdon

|I had a problem with the "furniture" on my door. I sent info and photos. The staff dealt with problem ordered replacements. a few weeks later 2 very pleasant guys arrived replaced the problem items. Brilliant and efficient operation. I am delighted.

They called to say the time they were arriving, and were polite and worked effortlessly on removing and fitting the new door. The workmanship and advice on after care was outstanding.

In a time where a lot of people are quick to criticise it is equally important to reflect excellent work.

So impressed! Two new front doors which look beautiful. The fitters could not have been more helpful or thorough, even polishing the glass for us. Very highly recommended.

The estimators who visited to discuss the design of door and take measurements were on time, extremely knowledgeable and overcame the difficulty with an electric cable in the vicinity of the door. The 2 fitters were also extremely professional and took great care with the fitting of the door. The staff in the office were also a pleasure to deal with. Thank you

We had a lintel support of a set of French doors that was installed the the predecessor company about 13 years ago replaced. The guarantee on the mechanism on the door had expired but there was a longer guarantee on the woodwork.
With such a long time lag one might have expected some difficulties and holdups. However, the response was both effortless for us and exceedingly efficiently executed. The new piece had to be fabricated abroad and the old piece had to be chiselled out, once the new piece had arrived. However, everything was done to time, and the actual replacement of the wood on the day the new piece was done expertly, quickly and cheerfully.
We are very pleased with the outcome and the friendly attitude of the company throughout the process.

I had Jack Brunsdon install 28 windows and a set of french doors a few years ago and was highly delighted with the results. The installation of my five kitchen windows last week was a repeat performance.
The installers arrived on time and completed the installation in two and a half days, despite the fact that they had to shoe-horn the windows into awkward spaces in my centuries old cottage.
The boys were polite and pleasant and worked very hard. They were also skilled and well-equipped to make whatever adaptations were necessary.
The bespoke engineered red-wood windows are spectacular. They operate smoothly, insulate well and open wide to bring the garden into the house.
I should also say the the other staff members that I came into contact with were all helpful and easy to deal with. The sales person made sure that I got a good deal and the scheduler and surveyor adapted to my confused travel plans. They even sent me a £50 Waitrose voucher when they had to change my installation date at the last minute!
All in all, a first class service from a first class company.

The quote we received for our new front door and side panels was at the higher end of our expectations. However we are delighted. All the team at Jack Brunsdon were helpful and professional, in particular the installation team for whom nothing was too much trouble. We are left with a high quality, rock solid and extremely secure new front door. Very pleased.
