Return process needs help.
The products are nice, but too small. They might be okay (scrub sets) if the material was a little thicker. The newest color, a very light blue, was very see through in the pants, in the rear. You can see the tag. When I asked to return them, an email via AI bot responded saying they could not find my order numbers that I had included.
The next email I sent and received a reply to was very nice and apologetic but asked me to try the pants on and send them PICTURES back of how see through it is. I am a a 60 year old in shape female, but I am not sending a picture of my butt in tight see through pants. How dumb is that, and kind of humiliating as well. I did not wear them, I did not wash them, the tags are on still. I stated this and yet I am to jump through hoops to get a return label. I won’t order from them again. Now I remember why I go through Amazon! I was trying to avoid using Amazon and go through the direct website.
