Absolutely terrible the item turned up two 1 month late and then it arrived, the item was poor quality and didn’t remotely look like what I ordered. I have the returned it to what said I’m the package the return address to which they have now told me the return address is in Dubai. My package is obviously not there and they won’t give me a refund until it goes to Dubai which is great news. I have been asked to be contacted by. Manager not know if they have such a thing. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Poor quality clothing - nothing at all like advertised. Cheap material, terribly cut.

Also the most horrendous customer service. I physically for the clothes to be returned (via a tracked service) to DUBAI! They refused delivery and will not pick it up at the post office (this was after agreeing that I will return the clothes for a refund). They are copying and pasting responses that make no sense and do not answer questions. The absolute worst brand I've ever dealt with.

Absolutely awful clothes. Horrible quality, no labels inside, cheap and tacky.
I was told to send mine back for a refund which I have done and I’ve received no refund and now I don’t have the clothes either.
Dodgy customer service with little to no response.
Avoid this company, do not waste your money.
They should be shut down.

I ordered three items, not 1 was remotely wearable. I was then not allowed to send my products back, instead I accepted a $20 which I managed to negotiate up from their initial offer of $6. I spent $90 on my initial order.

Absolute disgrace!!!! Do NOT but from them. The clothes are SHOCKING quality! SHOCKING!!!!

I wish I could give zero stars. The images on the website are NOTHING like what you’ll get in the mail and it took 6 weeks to receive my order. What showed up is an absolute joke. I ordered three sets (duped by the cute images) and the actual material feels like it’s from a cheap Halloween costume. This company is a total scam.

Horrible experience, very bad quality, nothing like the picture, i asked for a refund and they dont want to give me my money back. I COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!

I have emailed several times to try return an outfit and no one will get back to me.
They don't have a return address on their site.

You not advise to purchase from iztzo.

Worse experience!!! Do not buy from this store!! I had paid for expedited shipping but never received the items! When i asked for my money back they claim they have to charge me 10% cancellation fee when its their fault i am cancelling. I think its a scam! I never received my items and they refuse to give me my money back.

Can I give ZERO stars?? THIS IS A SCAM. I feel robbed. I could make better clothes than these myself. Don’t fall for the photos, they’re from a completely different product. Very very disappointing.

This is the second time I'm writing a review because once was not enough. It has been a month ever since i ordered and I still have not received it. (I paid for express by the way). They do not respond, they do not care. and they have not answered to me asking for a refund because I have NOT received my order.

They are horrible. I have warn my friends and family about this website and their fake customer service. There is no customer service.

Any ideas on how I can at least get my money back?!

I've ordered 4 Medium size jumper dresses and not happy with the result.
It took more than a month to arrive.Tracking is confusing and doesn't say much.
The dresses were too small. If they look like loose fit on the photos, in reality these are tight. Look more like jumpers, one is quite ridiculous shape and nothing like the picture.
Fabric feels like fleece - it's soft but cheap. Wouldn't say it's great quality.
No returns for misfit.
I would not buy again and would not recommend.

The dress did not met the expectation. It took 1 month to arrive to Portugal. I bought a size S and the real size is like M or L. The dress is nothing like the picture on the website, nor the fabric. Therefore, I am very disappointed and will never buy from this company again.

This store are crooks and only want your money! I attempted to cancel my purchase and they said - I’m sorry it shipped (30 min after I emailed them and it never even processed on my card.) I tried calling customer service , how convenient ! The number isn’t working.

Run from this place as they have HORRIBLE customer service.

Terrible business! After following cancellation policy and contacting them a half hour after purchase (the status of the order was still in processing) , I didn’t hear from customer service for 24 hours and after that they said the item shipped. Horrible company- they have done nothing to rectify this situation

BUYER BEWARE. The outfit I ordered (2 pieces) arrived promptly. However, the sweater/top was NOTHING like what was shown in the photo online. Completely different style. Shown as boxy/oversized/short. Came as fitted/tight/long. When I emailed customer service, was told there were no returns/exchanges unless an item was defective. Which I said, this WAS. I was then told I could pay for my own return shipping ... TO DUBAI ... and, when received, they would process a credit. Not worth it for what I paid (that should have been my first clue). I donated the outfit to Good Will. BUYER BEWARE.
