I ordered panels, but they where different texture to sample we got a while back. Company was great gave us option for full refund or partial and keep panels without question.

I ordered 17 white brick panels from this company. I paid less than half price for the panels, as they were damaged stock. However, the panels I received, were in very good condition. They were not perfect. They had slightly damaged corners, and a few slight chips and nicks here and there, but they were absolutely useable. It took me about three hours to put them up on a wall 3.5×2.5 metres. The little imperfections, I filled in with decorators caulk, and are barely noticeable. I am very pleased with the result. I found ordering the panels very easy, on the website. The panels arrived in approx 3 days. I have no complaints.

After receiving a few damaged panels, I contacted the company to arrange a replacement. The whole experience was incredibly smooth — no issues whatsoever, and they were happy to send out another box straight away. Communication was clear, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. Excellent service overall, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a future project.

These brick effect panels are suck good quality I am so pleased with them , they came well packaged and protected and delivered within 2 days of ordering - can't fault them at all

Why charge for a small sample nearly £10??

Delivery was not as great as I expected emailed dx express about where to leave packages the night before and received numerous messages next day to pick them up tried calling and still waiting 3/4 hours later very poor customer relations
