I've been using their virtual card for almost a month
I've been using their virtual card for almost a month now and I didn't have any issues, I know this sounds generic, but I'm not realy creative 😅 I was realy surprised by how fast and friendly their support is, the always answered in less than a minute and were available at any time of the day. I plan on getting their metal card too. Right now, I can only say good things about them and recomend them to anyone, if anything changes I will edit my review.

First, as clearly stated on our withdrawal page, virtual cards are automatically closed and removed once a withdrawal is finalized. This is a standard security procedure. In this case, your funds were successfully processed and sent to you before the card was deactivated.
Second, while we strive to assist every customer, we do not tolerate abusive language, insults, or harassment toward our support team. Following multiple violations of our community guidelines and respectful communication policy, we exercised our right to terminate service and block further contact.
We fulfill our financial obligations to all users, but we insist on a professional environment for our staff.
