Still waiting for my wedding dress. Spent AU$300 and still haven’t received it months later. Been calling and emailing, but no response. I noticed most of the reviews say they received something in the mail (even if it was wrong) but I’ve received nothing at all and they do not respond to my inquiries. Really disgusted by their conduct… I have two weeks to find a wedding dress and I feel scammed.

I ordered a dress and never received it. They stole my money.

This site is not trustworthy. I ordered a dress on lizdress with the option for rush delivery 3-10 days. After telling me that my dress will ship shortly (after two weeks), I never heard back despite my multiple emails follow up. I was lucky to be able to request a refund on PayPal for my order and get my money back.

As one person already wrote, ordering a wedding dress from them was one of the WORST experiences ever. My dress arrived stained, half-sewn, and of the cheapest material ever. It was literally stained blue and falling apart. They charged me extra for the sash that was shown in the picture and the one they sent was NOTHING like the one in the picture. We went back and forth fighting on email for months and they did not want to refund me anything, even after I sent the dress back (which of course they tried to say they never received). It was only when i threatened to call my credit card company and report their charges as fraudulent that I got my money back. DO NOT order from this company. I thought that they perhaps sold sample dresses of the major designers, because they steal the pictures of the dresses from the major designers and use them on their website. (The dress I bought had a Maggie Sottero picture used.) They aren't selling samples, they are selling garbage quality dresses made in Hong Kong.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - SCAM - I ordered a dress for my mother in law for my wedding, it did not come close to fitting, I spent $177.98 and they offered me $5.00 refund and 20% discount. This company deliveres horrible cheap clothing.

I ordered a dress for a wedding. Dress looked nothing like the picture and didn't; fit. They wanted me to prove that they made the wrong size. Since I am not a tailor that seems to be an unreasonable request. They offered 50% refund and I had to pay for the shipping. They also said in an email that it would take a long time to get my refund or I could sell it myself. Stay away from this company. They are shisters

Ordered a dress. Was not anything like the picture. Dress I received was ugly. They wouldn't give a refund or said they'd just give 50% back. STAY AWAY from this company.

I ordered a wedding dress that came in the wrong color, the quality was awful. I've requested a mailing address now 5 times to return the dress and keep getting the run around. They now state they will only refund me 1/2 but per this company "items get lost in the mail daily". Sill no return address given and I bet I never see a dime from this company. They offered to give me $10 to keep the dress or 10% Off a new order. Had they disclosed their return policy I would never have ordered from them. Nicole Krupp!

I ordered a dress for my mom's wedding and it came in the wrong size (too small) and the wrong color. After MANY emails back and forth, the company refused to refund me. It was absolutely ridiculous. In fact, they tried to tell me to order another dress from them.

I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. I ordered a size 10 by US standards. The dress color was off from what I ordered, the dress was two sizes too small, and the jacket couldn't even be worn by my 10 year old granddaughter! I have tried repeatedly to get in touch with them, and now their e-mail address is not working. A total disappointment, their return policy is ridiculous, and I don't even have an address to return it to, let alone someone to discuss returning it and getting my money back. As with all the other entries, do not order from this company.

I ordered two items from IziDress for my daughter's wedding...a gown and a pantsuit. When I received them I was horrified that neither of them fit (too small). I had ordered the correct size based on their size chart. After contacting them I was told to take pictures of the size labels on both of them and send them to an email address. The problem is there is NO SIZE LABEL on either item. Contacting them again it quickly became apparent that they had no intention of accepting a return and giving me a refund. To me this is total Fraud! I now own two pieces of clothing that will never be worn because they are way to small. To make things even worse I now have only a couple of weeks to find a dress for my daughter's wedding. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY FOR RIPPING OFF PEOPLE!!!!

5. Ordered pictured medium blue lace dress with a nude matte underlayment, received lavender lace dress with shiny satin underlayment. Not a dress I would even pause to look at in store.
6. Company's solution was to resale locally (6 emails later)
7. Dresses ship from Republic of China; they clearly lack foresight in their business plan of how to handle returns
8. Being an online retailer without capacity to process returns is archaic

Check bbb.org under izidress' parent company iziget technology; alerts are posted and substantiate the the experience of the many reviews posted.

I received a hideous dress that looked nothing like the advertised picture. Then they wouldn't give me an address to mail it back to. Proceeded to tell me it would cost me more to send it back, and I should keep this total joke of a dress! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY! I feel totally violated and taken advantage of, but lessons learned.

Do not ever order frkm here, these ppl ruined my wedding by sending me the wrong dress in the wrong size 2 weeks before my wedding, i went theough hell tryna fknd a new one and never got the correct one

I just received 3 bridesmaids dresses and 1 mother of the groom dress. They are perfect!!! I had them custom made, they all fit perfectly!!! I hit the jackpot with Izidress!!! Thank you all!!!☺☺☺

It´s a scam. No policy of devolutions and the quality is a joke.

This is a scam operation. Let the buyer beware!! I ordered a dress and was concerned when I saw the return address was China. The dress was awful--cheap fabric, poorly made, lopsided. I called the service number--only voice message and no one called back. I emailed and they asked that I send pictures. After doing that, they said the dress was fine and that I could not get any money back. The dress is a complete loss--perhaps can be used for a Halloween costume. Foolish mistake!!

Ordered size 14 dress and I received a size 4 jacket and a size 10 dress and not of same material bolt. Asked me to send additional $80 to make a new one without refunding me money on first dress. It has been months and still no solution. They are the worst of the worst in standing behind what they sell. Beware-once you order it, it is yours and will not be honored as a return.
