I have ordered my shoes on 6oct 2023, they were never shipped. I didnt receive the money back, after few emails with their contact adress they now send me an e-mail that they are sure I have received the shoes. So I dont recomend this company, no produkt and no money back, very dissapointed

Stay away! Order placed in October never delivered. Customer support does not reply. Finally Klarna re-imbursed in January after receiving evidence that Izicop.com is not responding to emails or fulfilling their part of the contract. Now, six months after the event, Izicop sends an email and asks for Banking information so they do a refund. Scam.

I only wish there was a zero star option. It is a scam, I also wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Order placed on January 2nd and of course no parcel received EVER. 200 $ I will never see again.. It is a clear scam and needless to say I have reported it but no good came out of it.

Order #5743. Complete scam! First and last time purchasing from them. Ordered for delivery before Christmas, then said there would be a delay so would be delivered a week after Christmas but never came. I have been back and forth with emails but they have stopped replying. Two months on and I still haven't received my parcel or compensation for something I spent €150 on.

Hi! I'dont understand, why NOT reply to my messages?????? Is this company a big scam???? And do i have to file a criminal complaint? I have to pay my izicop (klarna) bill but i'dont have shoes...😡😡😡😡😡

I had ordered a pair of shoes in November 13 2023 and it has passed two months without having my order. The first communication that we had it was about when I will receive my order because it has passed one month after my order and they respond to me and said that my order is delayed due to the authentication and then they asked me for refund. I answer to them in a numerous of emails that i want my money back .From this time they haven't respond any of my emails. This site is a deceive for your own good Do NOT TRUST THIS SITE . I made a communication with the police where i will make a lawsuit and they will have to pose huge problem in order to have my money back!!!

This company is managed by pirates . I placed an order in November 2023 and the sneakers have never arrived so far and more critical they did not give me my money back. I know that the police authorities are already on the trail of the responsables of the company. They are not serious.

After long days waiting for concrete action from you side, the process it was closed in the correct way but with a lot of suffering for the customer 😞

Why did I not see these reviews before??
I purchased a pair of sneakers that indicated 48 hour delivery and I also paid for next day delivery. One month later, I am still waiting.
No answers either to my emails which is pathetic.
So I placed a complaint on the official French fraud control site: SignalConso (search on Google)
And I asked my credit card for a chargeback.

charged me for my shoes and express international delivery, i ordered my shoes on the 11th of December and its a month later. I still have not received my shoes and I have emailed multiple times, they tell you they reply within 72 hours, (its been 3 weeks). please do not buy from here you will lose your money

I placed an order on 20/12 paid for express delivery and still not received. Have sent numerous emails but no reply. No contact no. or chat on website. Will be raising chargeback with the bank.

Be aware that its a SCAM website. Its FAKE and don't order anything. I paid express delivery for 3-5 days delivery. After two weeks and still don't received my shoes. Also there is not any contact number on the website. They don't reply on complaints, so be careful not to buy anything from this web, you will lose your money.

Please do not buy anything from here online!!! Ordered a pair of UGG boots and payed for it, 1,5 months ago. After successfull payment I received an auto-confirmation mail, and nothing else since then. The estimated delivery date was beginning of december. Contacted customer service, they provided no information about the status of my order, just if I wanted to be refunded. I said if they don't have stock, then refund me. No replies since then (1 week passed already)

Update: After 2 months and several e-mails still no reply, I went to police to file a complaint, forwarded to them but still no reply

Never buy from this site. I ordered sneakers on 12th November 2023 and have not received yet. On 3rd December wrote to help desk and they asked my order number (however information was already included in the e-mail) and since then only auto replies that cannot answer. I have paid 139 euros and have doubts that will ever receive my sneakers. Wondering how at the time of order the company rating on trust pilot was 4,5 stars

Fake website with the only purpose of scamming customers. No answers from customer service. They never ship the goods. Positive reviews are surely fake

I am still waiting for the shoes I ordered and I since there is no reply to my emails, I am starting to understand that this shop is a fraud. I should have read the reviews from this site before ordering anything. Please don't do the same mistake. :(

I ordered a pair of ugg ultra mini 6 weeks ago and still didn’t receive it. Total scam and bullsh!t. If i don’t get my order i will contact international police and i will like to get the money refunded back into my account
