I don't understand it's fake or real portal. My ticket is successfuly but PNR number is not working airlines website. Also can't change passenger details. Support team isn't helpful. I'm very frustrating, it's the first time I use Iwofly.

Terrible Service - No Refund for Cancellation Due to Error!
I had an awful experience with iwofly.com. I mistakenly selected the wrong travel date and immediately requested to cancel my booking right after the payment was processed. Despite the fact that I informed them of the error right away, they refused to refund my money!
Their customer service was unhelpful and did nothing to resolve my issue. It’s incredibly frustrating that a company would rather keep my money than offer a basic level of customer care for a genuine mistake made in mere minutes. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use their service unless you’re prepared to lose your money over something as simple as a date error. Stay away from iwofly.com!

A SCAM!! very bad experience!
Very bad experience!! My flight got cancelled with no reason. They randomly gave me a choice of 2 days late flight cause they said my ticket is non-refundable. My trip was total chaos due to this web!!! IT WAS A SCAM!!! I CHECKED WITH THE AIRLINE AND THERE WAS NO SUCH A FLIGHT THAT I BOOKED!!!DON'T USE iWOLFLY.
Three hours before the flight depart, i noticed the cancellation of my flight from social media. Not from iWolfly, i rushed to my email account and finally saw the cancellation. No calls, no SMS reminder. I checked my email regularly but nothing show up till almost departure? The email told me to find an alternative flight in first line. Not showing the important message that i can cancel my flight? Not acceptable!!! I sent an email to ask if i can cancel, and they told me no refund since I accepted their offer for alternative flight a minute ago? Not even have time for me to think or read their email carefully!! Very rude and unprofessional customer service! Never use iWolfly. They use all kind of way to take your money!

"24-cancellation" is the NAME of a 22-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!
They mislead customers with product names.
Here is a quote from our email exchange:
Dear Passenger,
Please be advised that "24-Hour Worry-Free Cancellation" is a product name that offers passengers a flexible booking option.
If a passenger wishes to use this product for worry-free cancellation, they must submit a refund request within 22 hours of order creation according to the terms of use.
Misled by the product name, I emailed at 23 hours.
This was 1 hour past the "worry-free" time.
I emailed during the "worry-filled time."
My worries were well-founded.
I "worry" about a company that thinks 22 equals 24.
Quick review of math:
22 is the name for 22 things.
24 is the name for 24 things.
They are two different numbers because they are two different amounts.
24 should NEVER the name for 22.
Also, their English customer service line should connect to an English speaker.
I pressed "5 for English."
Being connected with a Chinese speaker was difficult, but I managed to speak enough Chinese to explain things.
This made people in the office people excited. They found an English speaker who was friendly. He could not solve my problem, but it was pleasant to talk with him and receive compliments.
Otherwise, my experience with iWofly has been weird and bad.
Compliments are not worth the cost of an airline ticket, though.

Lost their trust
Booking number AT240613X7894. While trying to book a ticket with them, I accidently chose the month July instead of June, 2024. Realizing my mistake, I immediately informed them through email. My ticket was not 'ticketed' yet when I let them know. Yet, they refused to refund/reschedule my flight. In their website, they clearly mention 'As long as the airlines provide free involuntary refund/cancellation, we will also offer you a free of charge service with no conditions'. When I emailed them about this, the said 'We regret to inform you that according to the airline regulations, your ticket is non-refundable and not changeable'. When I contacted the Airlines, they told me the PNR number indicates I used a travel agency and that I must contact them for refund. When I again emailed this to iWofly, they said 'Please be aware that we do not have the right to contact the airline to refund your ticket. We are sorry to inform you that we cannot refund your ticket according to customer regulations.' You see how their language has changed? 1st they say 'according to airline regulations' but then they say they have to no right to contact the airline! And they change their wording from Airline regulations to Customer regulations! I had a lot of respect for them. Why cheat customers like this??

Disappointing Experience
I booked a flight with Iwofly last night for travel from June 13th to June 17th, 2024, and paid ₹6,500. Despite completing the payment, I have not received my PNR number.
Customer support has been unresponsive and unhelpful. This lack of communication and service is very frustrating. Please send my PNR number as soon as possible. I cannot recommend Iwofly until they improve their customer service and provide timely booking information.

iWofly sold me a Cathay Pacific frequent flyer redemption ticket
This is not a proper website. I was diverted by Kayak to reach this website. It is totally a scam.
The ticket that they sold to me is a redemption ticket, I don't know how they can use points to redeem ticket to resale it to me. I was not being notified and it was never mentioned that they sold redemption tickets and I was named in one of their redemption group. I did not allow them to use my personal identity in this way. This is not legally right and abuse the membership system. Even the airline Cathay Pacific agreed and allowed to void the ticket after i reported this, iwofly insists to keep the money and not willing to work with Cathay Pacific.
I paid in cash for a plane ticket and I did not expect that is a redemption ticket. I also have miles in my frequent flyer account and I have no way to redeem a ticket, however, iwofly can redeem it in second and resale it to me. I don't agree to support this illegal activity and I refuse to help abusing the redemption rules.

I have paid for 2 tickets, they have emailed me both tickets straight after the payment was made on the 11.05.2024. A day later at 10am on the 12.05.2024 they have informed me that due to the ticketing error they have to refund me. For me to book the same ticket will cost an additional significant amount now since the price went up. They do not respond to the emails. I have reported them to the aviation regulator. And I will be looking to sue them because they have ruined my plans. Just working on it now. Really unprofessional and I wish I found this feedback first. Would never have purchased anything from them.

Cheap, fake , fraud site
it is very cheap and froud site , it deduct my amount without otp and give me a dummy ticket without PNR, no contact no. available and i placed another ticket and now i am seeing they deduct amount from my card. They do no sent any message and confirmation ticket. Very cheap system, purely fake and fraud. I am in loss of around 23500 INR. Will recommend not to use this site and i am regular customer i will give share our review on every site.

waited 43 days refund still no result
I waited 43 days and still no result on my refund.
On December 20, iwofly agreed to my refund application and informed me that the refund would be completed within one month. One month and ten days later, I suddenly remembered this matter and sent them an email. They replied to me that their company’s financial department would review and refund me within three working days. I called them on the morning of the third working day and they told me that I could get a refund today, but as of this afternoon there was still no result.
First of all, if I didn’t mention this, would it mean that the money was pocketed by them? Because the airline returned the refund to them very early, but they were reluctant to return the money to me. I doubt them very much. It's like they do this on purpose. and their attitude is bad, sometime they won't reply your email.

One small negative is that they charged 10$ for an isle seat but I had to pay for isle seat again.
