I played and did a withdrawal of 600 euros on monday 9/3. The withdrawal process was slow and on 11/3 i contacted their customer service who informed me not to worry because it normally take up 72 hours. I hanged on the same day in the night to 12/3 when i realised the amount was returned to my account. I tried to withdraw again and it showed a warning of impossible withdrawal. Same night my account was blocked. I used my other email to reach out to the customer service who later informed me that after thorough inspection, administration decided to shut down your account.
