Spaces Palma Marina
Since February this year, IWG Palma has been charging us twice for the same month. Despite countless emails, calls, and promises, we are still waiting for a refund of the double payment.
We had the same issue in the London and Zurich offices, but there it was resolved within just a few days. In Palma, however, months have passed without any progress.
The reception team — especially Andrea — repeatedly claims that the issue has been ‘escalated to the highest level,’ yet nothing ever happens. She has been saying the same thing since April, then again in May, July, and now August. Promised updates rarely arrive, and when they do, they are empty words without any concrete action.
This is not just poor customer service — it feels like deliberate neglect. For a company of IWG’s size, it is unacceptable to leave clients waiting half a year for a simple refund.
Update: 1-10-2025
Still no news, weekly updates from the customer service team, that they have escalated it. I think that in a week or 2 it will reach Pedro Sanches, and another week or 2 more, it will reach President Trump. maybe it can even go higher (I am sorry Sir President Trump, but I think there is one person more important on this planet) the POPE himself.
They keep saying it has been escalated,... but there is still no answer, no refund, nothing.
Be careful with Regus, type "refunds of retainer in google", we are not the only one that has problems, there are a lot.
BTW, on trust pilot Loraine Brule asked me to take away the comment, or at least the name of the girl from Palma, however, Loraine never got in touch with me.
I am desperate, and am going to seek legal advice very soon

The pattern is too glaring to ignore: a rigid, below-market opening offer for Black candidates that stands in stark contrast to the flexibility and competitive packages extended to their white counterparts. It’s a calculated strategy that presumes we should be grateful for the opportunity alone, not demanding equitable compensation for our equal, if not superior, qualifications. This isn't a negotiation; it's an insult, a passive-aggressive assessment of worth based on skin color, not skill. IWG doesn't just need to review its salary bands; it needs a full, external audit of its ingrained prejudice. An ethically bankrupt process for a morally bankrupt company.
Terrible experience and silly prices
Our local coworking space started using this website to manage bookings. It's absolutely terrible. It took me half an hour to sign up, because not only did they need my personal details, but also my work address and full company details. I had to repeat my name and phone number like three times.
Worst of all, the pricing for meeting rooms is wildly inconsistent. Full day on a monday is around 200, but then 450 on a wednesday and 750 on a thursday. Incredibly silly. Never again.

Moving Offices w/in Regus
Rey made our moving experience painless and easy. We were expecting to move all of our items and the furniture from one office to another. Rey had the larger office already furnished with wider desks and an extra filing cabinet (since we had 50% more space). Very pleasantly surprised. Regus has been a good move for our firm with their shared services and variety of options.
