I ordered £70 worth stupidly without looking at the reviews. An opened empty parcel came so I refused it…..
2 months and 60 emails later I still haven’t received a refund, they keep fobbing me off!!!!!!!!!!!!! DISGUSTING

Don't buy from Ivyshape.com

I ordered a pair of boots (without looking at reviews). They eventually arrived 6wks later..(after lots of "holding" emails stating they were on the way) ...and they turned out to be an appalling fake/dishevelled version of how they were advertised. What a cheap load of cr*p !! Do not touch them with a disinfected barge pole!!!! Fortunately, I paid with Amex and after raising the issue with Amex they refunded me.....as no reply to my complaint from Ivyshape.com !!

DO NOT ORDER from this company. The sizing is completely wrong, they then refuse to accept the sizing is wrong and do not allow you to return items. Complete scam.
They also accept no ‘exceptional circumstances’ to their 14 day return policy. In my case a cyclone destroys my home, displaced from home, no internet, no electricity, roads closed - a major natural disaster out of your control, and you cannot contact them for a month - well that’s your fault. Offered to send photos and insurance claim evidence. They don’t give a ….

The worst online shop

I wish I had read the reviews before loosing money on ordering from them. I tried cancelling my order as soon as I realised but I was told it was too late.
It took ages to arrive and I was already on my holiday (for which I ordered from Ivyshape). I order online most of my clothing all the time and from companies with various policies, but this one is the worst. A scheme to get your £ and leave you regretting

Appalling service, do not order from Ivyshape! My order did not arrive for weeks, then I was told that it had been damaged in transit. Then I was told it was out of stock. An alternative was offered which was very poor quality and huge! To get a refund I was advised to return to China at cost of £30, for environmental reasons!😡

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!!

Instead just take the money you were going to spend and throw it down the drain (or redirect to a seller who’s returns are free or they are UK based).

I purchased the turndown collar cream cardigan for £60 - I would be surprised if it cost more than £5 to make - fabric is awful, the hemming is tatty and basic and the buttons are cheap …the whole thing screams cheap!! And then they have you as you need to return abroad which they know you won’t do as it costs more money to get it through customs at which time it takes too long - returns policy is 14 days from receipt, not 30 days.

I was offered 15% discount to keep it and 20% voucher to spend in my next purchase which is outrageous- as if anyone in their right mind would purchase from this company twice!!!

A one star is too much

A one star is too much. This is a fraudulent company and you are never going to get what you’ve ordered and even if you do it won’t be the right size or quality. They don’t offer refunds and even if you push them they make you pay huge amounts to ship back and then suprise it’s held at customs. Wish I’d read these reviews first too.

Shockingly awful service

Shockingly awful service. They sent the wrong item and quoted me up to €80 for return shipping costs. They refused to refund me, instead offering discounts on other items I didn't want, nor did they ever send the correct item. They refused to resolve the issue and I had to claim with PayPal in the end.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them..... 1* is too many!

My order took forever to arrive when it did it was very poor quality and far too big…. Surprise surprise when I asked for a refund they offered me 30% refund and to keep the item. I said no and they told me it would cost £20/£30 to return 😳 in the end after endless emails I now have a discount code which I’ve tried to use and it doesn’t work…. Absolutely disgusting service crap company I’ll never buy from them ever again!!!

3/3/2025 I ordered a dress for a wedding. I emailed and got assured that they would do what they can to ensure that I get my parcel in time. (Obviously I knew there was a risk in which the time I ordered the dress).

I have emailed over 16 times asking for updates, and in the end I asked for a refund as they kept palming me off.

“You’re dress has been shipped”
“Your dress is out on delivery”
“your dress has been damaged in transit and is on the way back to the shop”
“You can have a 30% refund and a voucher to spend online 🤣”
Next email: “Your dress has been shipped, you can send it back when it arrives”

Fast forward to 12/4/2025 and I recieve a package….. a very small package! No dress, instead I recieved a TINY bit of foam!

Today I asked for an update. I got a reply saying my dress has been delivered, ON THE 12th APRIL. The day I recieved the small bit of foam.

I wish there was a way to upload my photos on here to stop someone else stupidly ordering from this shit, awful company.

I must have spoken to around 16 different people within the “company”.

So, thank you for taking my money 👏
And I would say thank you for the foam, but I could have got that cheaper 😳😂 🖕🏽

It is possible to get your money back…

It is possible to get your money back if you accidentally bought from a company like this. Here's how to do it: When you receive the unwanted item, take a picture of the item and look for a picture of the listing. Chances are that by now they have taken it off their website, so you won't find the original listing. Therefore look for your order receipt in your emails. If the order receipt picture is too fuzzy to use as evidence, use google image search, which will likely find you the original picture that they had stolen off another website, like amazon. Now send the actual picture and the listing picture to them and let them know that the item is not what you had ordered and that their item is ready for collection from your chosen address and you are expecting a full refund. Repeat sending this message to every response they send, politely declining offers for vouchers or partial refunds and letting them know that you are not obliged to post anything to them, since they mis-sold you the item. After 15 days contact your credit card provider, detailing when you bought the item and any related details. They will need order number and reason for why it can be considered a scam. They will also need to know which (unacceptable) offers the vendor had made and any other evidence your bank requires. Leave it to the bank to claim your money back.

Essential info

As others have said, avoid big time!!! Tried to return trainers that were too small, their sizing comes up very small, sent so many messages and got replies that were very unhelpful 32 in all!! and made it worse by them keep saying that they were there to assist me which they so weren't. When I was offered a 100% discount code, this was useless when they had put up the price of the trainers I'd ordered and I would have had to pay more money, £20, which I wasn't prepared to pay and was going to cost me at least that to send tgem back. So I'm now stuck with trainers I can't wear and over £32 out of pocket.

Do not shop with this company. Delivery times extended with no updates. Incorrect sizing given on the website. You need to buy 2 sizes up if you were to make a purchase - I recommend that you don't. 100% discount code offered to purchase again the correct size but the garment was no longer advertised on their website. After numerous emails with with customer service only a 15% refund offered with a discount code to purchase something else and I could keep the blouse that will not fit thanks to their sizing error. I was told that I had changed my mind! Returns to China estimated to cost between 20 and 80 euros. Under no circumstances use this website, treat it as you would a scam. This should be a minus score.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

Appalling company. No option to give a minus score. Sizing not UK. No care about their customers.They admit their marketing images are enhanced by software creates a difference in the appearance of the product. The quality of the product that I received was sub-standard.
I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before ordering from this company, who I did not realise were Chinese. I have reported them to trading standards, but waiting to hear if anything can be done given it is Chinese and not British.
Would only give a refund if you send product back at your own expense to China, and then they would decide if the product was as it was sent out - which I suspect they would say it wasn't

Worst experience iv ever had with a company! Clothes arrived a month late, when asked for it to be returned, they give only 15% discount code, or ship back on my expense! Shipping cost more than the product itself! Avoid like the plague!
