I placed an order on 12/4/25. I have not received it , nor have I received any tracking info. I’ve emailed twice requesting a refund and they won’t respond. I will be disputing the charge with my bank. SCAM

I received the items exactly as ordered and in perfect time! They took care of the order communicated perfectly even advising on when the item was being shipped and my expected delivery which I can not fault. Will certainly use this company again. Thank you!

Do not order from them. I ordered 2 hats that looked lovely on their advertisements but when delivered, which took forever, they are cheap and not anywhere as nice as advertised. They are like a hat you would buy from the Dollar Store !! wow what a deceitful company !!

I never received a confirmation email of my order and never received my order, but they took my money!

My fault I suppose. Lesson learned! I ordered the Christmas Santa, flower pot item, looked really neat. It seems these Ivyever idiots either delivered it to wrong address or not at all. Should have looked at their crap reviews. Looks like I pissed away $50.

Total scam site. Ordered 3 items, got the right exterior of the box but everything inside was not as advertised.

Order took a month to get here and the middle of the 3 boxes was damaged meaning it shipped from them that way.

Total gift giving bust and now I’m trying for a refund.

A great plat frame, simple and trusty. Numerous alternatives and unused thoughts of valuable merchandise! I like to discover things that I didn't think about.

I placed an order with Ivyever on December 4, 2025 (Order #: IVY-4555138) and never received it. The only email I got was a payment confirmation — no tracking, no updates, and no response to my multiple messages.

I had to dispute the charge through my credit card, and thankfully the bank resolved it instantly. Ivyever provides zero customer service and is not trustworthy. Avoid this store.

Electric hair trimmer for women was delivered in impeccable timing. Very pleased with my purchase. I would buy again.

The charge money and you will never receive anything

I bought my husband the Whiskey Advent Calendar November 10th from Ivyever it's December 8th still haven't arrived. This is a China based company. I've asked for a refund for the inconvenience. Haven't heard back. Do NOT order from this company...SCAM ALERT

Never received my order no tracking number or receipt

There was mistake with order. I emailed 3 times with no response at all. I did get email that incorrect order shipped, but no response to correct the order. I have not received order yet so this is just a review of customer service not the product.

I ordered the Buffalo Trace Advent calendar with the impression there was whiskey in the bottles. Instead they were TINY acrylic bottles with nothing in them. I'm so disappointed. I paid a lot of money for it.

I ordered a buffalo trace themed advent calendar. I suppose shame on me for expecting them to be actual mini bottles - as advertised. But instead they were tiny plastic replica bottles. Total misrepresentation of the product and a big waste of money

items were not as advertised, very cheap, probably 12 cents to make, and they charged $25.

I asked for return and refund. They are ignoring.

False advertising at best. Scammers for sure.
Worst purchase I’ve ever made. False advertisement at its best! For the Buffalo Trace 250th anniversary Advent Calendar, Your advertising shows one of the calendar days being opened and the customer pouring a small bottle of whiskey in a glass. Great Idea….until I got my tiny, cheap ornaments, if you can even call them such a thing. Most of these so called ornaments weren’t even whisky. The “ornaments” are mini. The hassle to put on tree is bigger than the piece of plastic they are showing as a drinkable bottle. Do not purchase!!!!!
