Great company. Excellent customer service. I had questions about an item. Ivy not only answered it satisfactorily, but super-timely as well. The item I bought arrived in about 3 days. It was exactly as described AND HALF THE PRICE...Incredible!!!
Was researching a smart ceiling fan to buy (roomratv 52") this website was listing the RV52-WE-5D-T5 model I wanted for half of Amazon's price. Ciibo Ivy even linked to the same fan on Amazon and used Amazons stock photos showing the smart features and app use. Fast forward to getting the fan, smart features aren't working, was told to contact vendor since they couldnt help with the smart app (did contact vendor, which told me this model is not a smart model.) Tried to work out a fix with Ciibo Ivy and was told that now "it is not a smart fan, and they didnt misrepresent anything."
This after someone hastily purged the incorrect photo's and details from their online ad (which still lists the amazon part # and now a new amazon link to a fan that doesnt even match their item photo with 3 blades, not 5).
Total scam bait and switch and tried to remove misrepresented item data when they realized I had contacted the vendor Taloya to confirm the "dumb status" of my supposedly "Amazon exact version" of the smart fan which CI already told me to reach out to them to resolve the smart issues. DO NOT trust this company, please do yourself a huge favor and pay a few $ more to buy anywhere else. Customer service, shady removal of misrepresented ad data, and trying to rectify this whole fiasco was an abysmal experience.
