Item was upposed to be in stock and 3-4 day delivery. It took almost 2 weeks to arrive. No communication. No delivery update. Didn't' reply to emails I sent and no way to contact you by phone.
Extremely poor and would not recommend you to anybody.

Nothing much to say other than that the item was delivered as described and is of good quality. Would recommend.

I purchased an ex-demo electric guitar from Ivor Mairants and I’m super happy with the guitar.
The price was great and despite being ex-demo the guitar was in near mint condition.
The delivery was a little slow, but as soon as I contacted the supplier to question they shipped it out and it arrived the following day, so happy overall with the customer service.
Would buy from Ivor Mairants again.

Item arrived much later than advertised- with no explanation as to why. Called and emailed the company to try and get an update as I’d ordered specifically from them to meet a deadline but was met with silence. No calls or emails were returned. Item then turned up over a week late without warning - no dispatch or tracking info was provided.

Spot on, great service. Guitar as described.

No customer service whatsoever. No reply to my email or to the on site message.
The order eventually arrived. Very reluctant to order from you again.

Ukulele bag presented honestly. Good price. Came quickly. As described. Fit unusual ukulele perfectly.

I got a very good deal on a Vintage guitar and it was delivered promptly. No problems with it, and just as described. I did then have cause to use the Contact Form as I had a query about something - BUT I have had no response at all. (And I sent my message well over a week ago). So, I'm disappointed on that score. If Mairants HAD responded to me, and answered my question satisfactorily, I'd probably have given 5 stars. Just a shame that this one aspect of their service wasn't much good...

Excellent value, great service

Delivery was quick, items 2 guitar straps look great quality, not put them on to my guitars yet.

Edit 3: Finally got my bass on the 20th of January ordered it September 18th. The Bass it self is good. Sounds and feels good. It's just a shame that it took so long to get it and to get in contact with them in the first place.

Ordered an ex demo fretless over a month ago still haven't got it. I have emailed the store a number of times and still got no information about my order but they took the money. Would not recommend

They've gotten in touch with me on the 27th of October should hopefully get my order in December. The staff I have spoken to was very helpful

Still didn't get my order as of January 6th

Best price, better than expected as sold as ex dem but was actually new and sealed. Arrived the next day with free shipping. Excellent service.

Still no invoicing function, be it physically enclosed with order or via online user account.
Unprofessional and possibly fiscally dubious.

They had rare items, great pricing, quick delivery, up to date tracking information. 100% satisfied and I will shop again with them.
