If I could give ZERO stars I would

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I selected business visa when filling out application and they submitted a family/vacation visa. I pointed out the fact that I had to upload bank statements which I have never done and they insisted that sometimes they ask for different information. I waited days and followed up everyday until it did not seem right and I had to dig and dig for information. Turns out they submitted a vacation visa even though I selected Business in the bubbles. The customer service emails the government they don't make any calls. I can do the same and they charge me a crazy fee for nothing.

Helpful

I was given another website to apply for my Visa, and was told one price. When that wouldn't work for me, I went on a general search and clicked on iVisa. This was easy to follow and asked for similar information as I was told to expect and as shared earlier helpful when I had some difficulties. The price was a little more than I was told with the other cite, but not overly so.
