Iviewhd customer service is pathetic, I bought a 1 yr subscription in January, and my box got spoilt been trying to get a transfer for almost two weeks, no reply on all their platforms, even an order ticket for help, is unanswered. I have used their service for over 6yrs since their address changed to UK, everything is slow.
Great package at a fair price but absolutely no after sales support. Totally ignor all attempts (×6) to get assistance. Hence only 2 star review. You,re on your own
I have been using this service for many years, 4 years now, its incredible reliable what's all the bad reviews.. i think what's important is you purchase on the official website, there are many copy companies that will not complete the sale.
it must say official. and ask for 3 day trial. send a message via the support page and ask to purchase. this fabulize service.

I used a DVB-T2 box for 3 years which recorded very well onto a USB stick. But the box died 2 weeks ago so I bought HD DVB T2&S2 Combo to replace it. I made the same connections direct to an outside aerial. It gives a nice picture on the TV but it will not record. The record button brings up 'Partition Set Fail'. The timer sets OK but nothing appears on the USB stick to show the selected programme. Also the EPG shows plenty of channels but not BBC 3 or BBC 4. Its not really useable like this. Have I got the right box? Is there a setting I have missed? Is there a fault? I have tried to use the manual to find a way to solve these problems but its so convoluted that its difficult to understand.
2 REQUEST FOR INFO.
1, how do you delete a single recording without formatting the USB stick.
2. At times the remote will not put the box into standby.
3. The recordings pixelate, single is strong, 98% and quality is excellent?????

Despite more than 15 attempts to contact this despicable company after taking my 179 euros for their HD Plus service the tv supplied failed and purchased a new tv box and have been waiting 6 months of unanswered emails and calls for a new activation code. No contact what so ever from this company..
My advice is to steer clear of these cats.
I'm waiting 4 days for my order to be processed, despite numerous e-mails and the fact that PayPal has cleared the payment days ago, also gone from my account. I've had to use the 3-day free trial for a second time. Nobody seems to respond to e-mails
Having had no luck contacting the company via email I tried Skype. Really impressed how quickly they sorted out the problem. Best to use this method of contact.
Very happy with the actual tv coverage, hence the renewal.
Not bad but no regional news, lots of channels out of sync. Occasional break up in signal. Better options available for less cost.
Overall overpriced.
Just got my box, but the remote can't connect to box, (screen said hold home button with left arrow) but no home button on remote, got Freeview side but can't get into Sat side on box.
