Well-organized adventure. Amazing experiences and long lasting memories ( riding elephants, kissing a hippo, petting a cheetah, feeding monkeys, and more. Good balance of rest and activities.

This trip was "hands-on" by Altha Stiehler from the moment of booking! Every detail is highly personalized and every need anticipated and taken care of each step of the journey. This is seeing and experiencing So. Africa with So. Africans, where Altha and iventure have personal relationships with the proprietors of each place we visited and stayed! A must is Tshukudu Bush Camp where you truly feel like part of the family from the moment of arrival with a greeting from Duma the resident Cheetah. A once in a lifetime wildlife immersion with up close encounters with elephants, giraffes, lion, rhino and many other surprises along your bush walks. So much to see and reflect on, from the monkey sanctuary and Lesedi Cultural Village to feeding Jessica the Hippo and epic bush walks and game drives at Skukuza Rest Camp in Kruger National park. Then came the crowning jewel of spending the day with the elephants at Elephant Whispers; a most breath-taking, moving and educational experience. A trip to So Africa with Altha Stiehler and iVenture Africa is a must for your Safari adventure, where your eyes and heart will be full of wonder. iVenture Africa Tours and Safari are amazing! I recently went to South Africa and everything was a once in a lifetime experience. They made sure everything was first class and safe. I definitely would use them again!

This was a once I a lifetime type experience. From the start with warm welcome and high energy. We had to worry about nothing on this trip. No matter what came across our minds they made it happen. It was extremely well planned out with tons of activities (petting feeding hippos, Kruger park, ridding elephants. And so much more) we still had a healthy balance of down time so you could take it all in not feel rushed. Amazing food was had and suggested and at no time did we feel unsafe or uncomfortable. Even our bathroom stops when on the road we’re planned out for the best shops and donning experience. Even you are taking a trip and have booked another agency or group you should cancel and give them a call you won’t regret it.

It was a trip of a lifetime! Every detail was taken care of for us by our capable and kind tour guide, Altha Stiehler. The accommodations were lovely - sparkling clean and comfortable. Our drivers were friendly and efficient. All this allowed us to fully experience the culture, people, animals, and food of South Africa.
Our itinerary was packed with experiences that will remain with me for the rest of my life! The most outstanding was the amazing Tshukudu Bush Camp. It is a personalized way to see the animals and flora of the region led by knowledgeable guides, a cheetah named Duma that walks with you on safari, and memorable nights by the fire under the stars. Another highlight was the day spent at the Elephant Whispers Sanctuary in Hazyview. We learned about the elephants, hand-fed them, hiked with them, and even helped maintain their stalls. Magnificent!

Make sure you take lots of pictures so people will believe your stories when you get back home!
