Sorry to hear it took so long to arrive, but it's out of our hands once it's been shipped; it's in the hands of Royal Mail (First Class normally takes 1-2 days).
There was also a delay in actually shipping the order because you placed the order on a Saturday (after 11am cut-off), and the post office didn't open again until till the following Tuesday (due to Bank Holiday Monday).

Very helpful & provided products i was struggling to get elsewhere. My only issue, i paid for overnight carriage and the delivery took 3 days to arrive

Glad you you like the products; I have looked into the delivery aspect for you -
You placed the order on 25 June at 18:23 via Special Delivery (guaranteed next working day).
Cut-off for orders on weekdays is about 16:00, so it was not dispatched until Fri 26 June.
Sometimes Special Delivery is delivered on Saturdays, but this depends on the delivery location (whether open or not, and I do notice your delivery address was a business location) and also depending on the local delivery depot's protocol.
So your order ended up being delivered on Mon 29 June (which was still the next working day after dispatch).
Sorry for the inconvenience.

We did actually upgrade the order to 1st Class for you, which normally takes 1-2 days, but unfortunately shipping times have quite often been delayed during the Covid-19 pandemic.
